Vacation rentals with breakfast in Chikkamagaluru

We stayed one night in the Bright house. It’s not a fancy place. But if you enjoy a rustic villa all to yourself …. This is a right place. The house has all the basic amenities and the property including the surrounding garden / external area is immaculately kept . In addition, if you like bird watching, you would love this place. The host’s family lives in a separate house in the same compound. The host, Bhagawan, doesn’t live here but he was always in touch (remotely) and was extremely helpful. The best part of this place is his mother. She is a charming lady and an excellent cook. We loved her local cuisine. Unfortunately, she speaks only Kannada which i couldn’t speak. But we managed the communication through our driver. The only con part of this place that we felt is that the rooms were relatively smaller in size. We were only 3 people and this didn’t bother us. Overall, if you are looking for a quiet break around Sakleshpur, this place is highly recommended.

Our stay at Stretzilla’s Cedar Villa in Chikmagalur was absolutely wonderful! Nestled within a coffee plantation, the villa offered a perfect balance of luxury and tranquility. The property is new, beautifully designed, and pet-friendly, which made it an ideal escape for us and our dog—he loved exploring the spacious backyard! Each room had its own jacuzzi, adding a special touch of relaxation, and the backyard was well-maintained, making it a great spot to unwind. We also enjoyed an insightful estate walk that the staff arranged, where we learned about the coffee plantation surrounding the villa. The food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly attentive, even with the challenge of room service across such a large property. A special shoutout to Mr. Joseph, the property manager, for his warm welcome and constant helpfulness throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made us feel at home. Overall, Cedar Villa is a must-stay for anyone visiting chikamagaluru

Thank you Roylin for going the extra mile and enabling a beautiful stay at your home. The room was very clean and tidy, with ACs and other amenities. More importantly, the Saldhana's family were extremely warm to us and truly made it feel like we more family more than guests. We even had our service dog with us, who the family adored and took a fond liking to have their kids play with Archie.

Perfect place for a getaway from the busy city life. The location is easy to find and the best thing is that the owner is very responsive and a humble person who was personally present there for any assistance. The property looks exactly like the pictures. A serene and soothing place on a hilltop in the middle of coffee plantation. We had a great time and would definitely visit again. If you are a nature lover then give it a go.

Thank you for hosting us with such good hospitality. Rooms were very clean, well maintained, food was just awesome it was really very homely and tasty. Staff were also were courteous and kind. The private river flow was added attraction especially for kids to just unwind totally and surrender to nature completely. Enjoyed the Camp fire along with good spicy veg curry and chicken biryani and not to forget the tasty welcome lemon drink. Thanks to you, your parents to pay a visit to us enquiring and ensuring our comforts. We look forward to visiting again soon.

From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by this incredible property. The antique collection is truly breathtaking, and the meticulous attention to detail in the house's construction is evident everywhere. But it's not just the house itself; Mr. Jagadish, the owner, treated us more like family than guests. His warm hospitality, from his humble nature to the delicious and abundant breakfast spreads he prepared each morning, truly made us feel at home. We were also fortunate to visit another of his properties, which was equally stunning. This has been one of the most memorable stays of our lives, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a unique and unforgettable experience. We can't wait to visit again and see Mr. Jagadish once more.

it is located in one of the most beautiful places in chikkamanglur. the view from the place is extraordinary and you won't feel like going to any other view point.the food that was served in the property was really good authentic malnad food and the owner was very friendly and approachable.

Amazing place and wonderful surrounding. When it comes to food, it felt like home, Geetha cooked us amazing breakfast and dinner. In between a forest, with a serene quietness, this place is very good escape from city life.

Location is very tranquil, calm, and soothing. The hosts are very friendly did everything needed to make our stay memorable. Pallavi and her mother in law are very good cooks. We toured their farm where they grow coffee and pepper. There are a number of waterfalls and historic temples in the area that are worth visiting and not to forget the hikes that lead to beautiful views of the mountains and green valley. On areas for improvement, the place has one bathroom for a room of 8 people and an additional shared bathroom for the 3 rooms. The hosts can increase the number of shared bathrooms.

wonderful experience, best place for nature lovers, food was amazing

Met some incredible people who are passionate about life around us. The property is build in harmony with sarounding ecosystem and they want who ever visit the place to experience and respect that , which is wonderful. my only regret is I could have stayed a bit longer..some other time may be !!

Punith's a jolly natured host and is very passionate about his bnb. The place is very quiet and safe, and is located in between coffee plantations, the experience is mind blowing, better go in a group and you'll be able to enjoy nice walk in the plantations, have a bonfire and the food is really good. I felt a bit pricey though. Overall it was a good experience.

Pepper Vines is a great place to chill with family and friends. Nestled amongst the wilderness of Chikmagalur, Sushvitha's place is a hidden gem. The food served is an absolute delight - don't miss out on these local cuisines!
