An apartment with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, quiet and pleasant, with access to the city's main roads, close to the new University and Chih Industrial Complex, with a closed garage for a medium-sized vehicle, an electric gate, mini-split air conditioning in all areas, and in front of a park. It has a washer and dryer, ironing equipment, 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, 1 of the beds is foldable in case you require an office area. (We invoice).
