Beau grand 4 1/2 en campagne !

Beau grand 4 1/2 entièrement rénové. Rez de chaussé situé au lac Kénogami à moin de 300 mètres du lac et a 10 minutes de Jonquière. Acces direct aux pistes de motoneige en hiver. Paradis des sports nautiques en été. Très grand terrain boisé, sentiers de marche ou raquettes sur terrain privé à l’arrière, beaucoup de gazon et boisé. Entièrement meublé et tout équipé. Porte patio et balcon avec bbq. Espace extérieur pour les feux et espace en thuiles de béton avec table de pique-nique. Non fumeurs!
