Farmstay vacation rentals in Chiang Rai

We were a very large group looking for a place to stay last minute. Dennis went out of his way to accommodate our group, offering extra space. Some of the villas hadn’t been used for a while and had some plumbing issues, but Dennis and his team were very helpful, turning up to fix the plumbing even at 2am. We were impressed with the professionalism of the team in handling the issues that came up.

Rico has been the best host you can imagine and I would highly recommend him and his house. It is a lovely and beautiful house and the perfect place to relax or even go on a nice bike tour or play some tennis. Can't wait to come back.

We stayed 2 nights and had the best experience! The location is so peaceful and beautiful, it’s a great little retreat in the nature :) the hosts were so lovely and the breakfirst with homemade cakes was AMAZING! Loved all the animals roaming around :) would 100% come back!

Fantastic stay, a must if you visit Chiang Rai.

The chapel is truly breathtaking. I was unwell and unable to explore around the area as much as I would have liked, but the space was superbly comfortable with an excellent shower. Things to note; you’re in a rural area with lots of farm lands, which means the regular sound of noise cannons, also, maps is a little erratic. There seemed to be a good market up the road as well. Thanks again for having us. :)

My family and I (including 2 pre-teen children) had a wonderful stay at Villa Nasara for 3 nights. The houses of Villa Nasara are just as impressive with beautiful and unique antiques everywhere, including outside in the garden. It is clear that every detail inside the houses and outside in the garden has been thoughtfully arranged. The 3 houses plus the antique rice storage house offers a museum experience just walking around looking at everything there. And then there is the garden and the mountains surrounding. There are many different types of fruit trees and flowers and thankfully several places to sit and enjoy the various views, including one that is covered with a traditional Thai roof gazebo overlooking the pond. The boys had much fun in the garden playing on the swing, riding the 2 provided bikes, and playing hide and seek. It was truly peaceful listening to the birds and animals and enjoying the views. Upon arrival, we were met by the gracious caretakers who showed us around. They did not speak English well but they were very familiar with the houses and answered many questions we had by demonstration. Nasara also provided a list of recommended restaurants and sights. There were many more recommendations than we had time for in 3 days. In advance, Nasara had also helped me reserve a van and driver to pick us up from the airport and drive us around during our stay. This was an extra but necessary cost as we would have wasted a lot of time getting lost if we had rented our own car. We explored the 3 most famous sights of Chiang Rai: the Black Temple, the White Temple and Doy Din Dang Pottery. We also enjoyed going into town Saturday night for the Night Market. On the way back one day, we managed to squeeze in a soak for our tired feet at the nearby public hot springs facility and got a traditional Thai massage at the adjacent building. It turned out to be a wonderful cultural experience as well. In general, our time at Villa Nasara was really lovely and a special treat to return to after a day of exploring the area. I highly recommend it for a memorable treat.

A lovely, quiet place with a view of the mountains. It felt like visiting relatives in the countryside for the weekend - everything was so cozy and nice. The place is dog-friendly, and there is a huge area next to the farm for walking or riding bikes. My husband and I stayed here for only one night, but we think it’s worth staying at least three days. Thank you very much for the hospitality🙏🏻

Our best stay in Thailand! The villa is perfect, very clean, very cozy and stylish. We slept well and enjoyed the sunrise in the morning. Special thanks go to hot shower, comfortable bed and delicious food! Also, Busara's family is very pleasant and hospitable. Highly recommend!

Only stayed here for one night due to our itinerary but really wished we stayed here longer! Hosts/Admins were very accommodating, flexible, helpful and service was simply superb. View was amazing right in front of the lake with mountainous views. Cafe food was good with organic produce, serene vibes as well. It was really peaceful and we had a great time with the activities too. A place to remember, when I am back to Chiang Rai will definitely book with them again.

Lovely area to relax in many Friends dogs on the property and a lovely staff, felt like home

The host is extremely cordial and very helpful. He ensures the guest is taken care off well and provides all amenities. Guides for all local needs and even recommends for all near by wonderful places to visit. I am happy to be at his property.

This was my second time staying with Kallaya and Marc (10 years apart) and it was exactly as lovely and easygoing as i’d remembered it. Would absolutely recommend setting up camp there if you’re visiting Chiang Rai

Tastefully done place. Lovely architecture. Just be aware of the mosquitos and keep a repellent with you. Also, suggest not to rent a bike from the host here. It is old, with no power, stability issues and low mileage. Not sure why it’s still in use and why a better bike is not provided. Go to the town and get one from there instead. Rest, we had a great time staying here. Nice breakfast, plenty options and free water unlike most other places in Thailand.

An Oasis Homestay in Chiang Rai. Bambuh Boutique Homestay is a pure gem. Situated just north of Chiang Rai centre in a little village, our hosts made us so welcome from the word go. Immersed in nature with beautiful tropical gardens, our accommodation was perfect for our stay. Spacious and Peaceful. Our bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept on in our years of travel! Staff always welcoming with a beautiful smile; delicious organic breakfast and bath accessories hand made from the local area. There has been a lot of love and style put into this Homestay. Highly recommend if you are looking for something unique and special for your stay in Chiang Rai. Great value! Highly recommend.

The homestay was what I needed for a few relaxing days. All of the property was so peaceful and quiet; I didn’t even realize there were other guests on site. The area is just right outside of town and easy to get to via Grab. There are not a lot of places you can just walk to but there are plenty of bikes to use and I actually enjoyed just taking my time walking back from one of the nearby museums. The quiet country side was quaint and beautiful. There are lots of amazing sites and restaurants to see nearby and the hosts were great at communicating and ensuring that my stay was comfortable.

A wonderful time in a Great place that we highly recommend. The setting is a little north of Chiang Rai in the foothills which make it the perfect quiet retreat for those seeking some respite from the heat. Oh ya the coffee is really great!!

OVERALL: 5-Stars property. Great Host. It's very private& lovely house with adoption of traditional northern Thai style house. Recommended for people who looking for the different style of private room . you will spend your time with 2 cats and small farm close to your house, It's close to CEI airport ,Great host picked you up from the airport . We will come back and stay here again for sure
