House vacation rentals in Chevy Chase

We had a great stay here for my graduation weekend! The place fit all 10 of us and we had access to the pool throughout the weekend! Everything looked just like the pictures, and we felt safe and comfortable in this neighborhood. It is a bit farther from some of the DC and MD hotspots, but it worked for us. No complaints, we would stay again!

Gladys has a lovely home. We enjoyed spending time in the heated pool and loved hearing about Gladys’s stories. The stay was perfect and had everything we needed. Make sure to try the sauna after a swim in the pool! Thank you very much for hosting us and hope to be back soon!

A must see for any Harry Potter fans! We were busy with a wedding weekend in nearby Leesburg, and it was a perfect place to be inbetween events. Lots of Hogwarts themed activities, including creative scavenger hunts and two escape rooms. Our kids and grandkids absolutely loved it. It is really a destination all by itself, and Nate was a perfect host.

This was a very nice place to stay for our family trip to DC. The Metro was a very easy walk and Jagan gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants as well. He was also great at answering our questions.

We had a fantastic stay! The photos don’t do it justice. Very spacious and full of character. It comfortably fit our group of 6 adults and 5 kids, with plenty of room to spread out. In town for a wedding and quick day trip to DC, the location couldn't have been more perfect. Check-in was a breeze with the keypad, and we appreciated having three dedicated parking spots. The pool and hot tub were a big hit, though the weather was a bit chilly and the hot tub didn’t get as warm as we would have liked, but the host let us know they're working on it. I was worried the nearby train noise would be a problem, but not noticeable with no horns overnight. Everyone in the group kept saying this was the best airbnb we've ever stayed at and would absolutely stay here again!

This home was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s graduation! We had family travel in from several states, and everyone felt comfortable and truly enjoyed the spacious layout. It was a bit too chilly to use the pool, but I’m already looking forward to booking this home again. I’ll definitely be a repeat renter!

Rolando is a great host-very friendly and responsive. We had several very nice conversations and were quite impressed with his garden. The apartment was quiet and very well furnished. The location is perfect--although the street is very quiet, it is walkable to Wheaton Mall (including a Costco and Giant supermarket), a huge variety of ethnic restaurants, and the Wheaton Metro Station. All in all, I highly recommend a stay.

Melody’s hospitality goes beyond and above she makes the place not only physically beautiful, but also comfortable and cozy!!! Melody’s place have the right space for different activities such as a sleeping area, a TV room, a comfortable eating area which is not a full kitchen, but it has the basic items for you to enjoy a cup of coffee, small fridge with freezer. It also offers a small private room that you can use as “private office” separate from the other areas. Melody responds very fast for any inquiries prior, during and after your stay. The area is very safe and has different activities to do specially outdoors. I will definitely book again at Melody’s place! Thank you Melody for letting me have a such a relaxing and enjoyable time.

This is such a lovely, peaceful place right in the heart of Silver Spring, Maryland. The yard is beautiful and the house is so comfortable and quiet. We were there for 5 days for our son’s wedding and it was a haven for us during the hectic pre-wedding days. The kitchen is wonderful. Everything was very clean. The back enclosed porch was a fantastic additional space to be able to sit in. There are many other small things that make this house so nice- lots of attention to detail and pre-thought so there is nothing you need. Michelle and Jeff were SO considerate and quick to respond to us. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and having family stop by to see us. We hope to be able to come again when we are in town to visit our son.

That house is unreal!!! It's so spacious and clean. The kitchen has all the amenities, the shower is hot, the beds are comfortable. It made my family vacation unbelievable. Anax was the best. He even left us some snacks! We all enjoyed the house!

Jessica's apartment was clean, and welcoming. She was extremely responsive with messages, any questions I had she answered promptly! the parking was wonderful especially with our large vehicle! Restaurants were in walking distance, our apartment was quiet. We will happily rent this location again in the future!

Such thoughtful hosts!! Place was exactly as described- the amazing part of this place was all the small details. The host hosts provided. Snacks and half-and-half and a variety of coffee K pods. Location was amazing, walked to almost everywhere I needed to go, but the parking in the back of the space was also great

We loved staying here for American’s graduation weekend! It was about min to campus. Beautiful house on a cute street with easy parking. Great patio and backyard which was great for our dog.

We stayed at Marie’s home while attending an event at the University of Maryland. We did have to drive anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes to get to the places we needed to go (the university and metro), but it was the perfect location for us. It was incredibly peaceful, beautiful and relaxing on her property. The unit itself was in the basement of her home and we felt very safe and comfortable. Marie gave us plenty of privacy and responded quickly when we did need something. Zero complaints would highly recommend

Oluyinka and Rashad were amazing hosts. They are extremely caring, they always respond in a timely manner, the house is very well equipped with many different features where you fit right at home. My family and I absolutely loved the cottage in on the hill! It was just the right amount of space for everyone. Ed’s welcome book had everything we needed to know about the house. I would recommend this house to anyone and would stay again.

This house is a great find - it has everything you need to feel right at home and the house and yard are beautiful. The house is extremely well appointed and well stocked. The common area furniture and beds are very comfortable. The gas fireplace was perfect for cool spring nights. The back yard porch was a great place to hang out with comfy furniture, 2 grills, sun umbrellas and a gas fire pit. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed and more. Diana is one of THE BEST Airbnb or Vrbo hosts that we have ever had. She was very responsive, knowledgable, friendly and detail oriented. My wife left her glasses and she mailed them to us overnight. The location is excellent - the neighborhood is peaceful, but very close to the town center stores and activities. Falls Church has a small town feel but is close to all of the attractions of the Wash DC metro area. The house comfortably accommodated me, my wife, our son and grandparents; one-level living was great for grandparents.

Loved this place so much!! It was so clean, new towels/sheets, beautiful new bathrooms, gorgeous spacious kitchen, great location close to metros and stores, etc. Hosts were amazing as well. Let us check in early, answered all my questions, provided everything we would need like a hotel. We had the best time. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband, two children, and dad stayed at Iman’s place for 5 nights. It was so beautiful and a perfect place to relax after many busy days in DC! Her location is very close to a metro bus stop. Her driveway is very narrow and hard to get in and out of (with a minivan) so just know that beforehand. Otherwise it was a perfect and comfortable stay! There is a downstairs tenant which I didn’t realize until I arrived, but they were quiet and we never saw them. I appreciated that there wasn’t an extensive check-out list. Iman’s place was very clean. All of us loved it here and we’d be happy to stay here again!

Nice neighborhood, quiet, tree-lined street. Vered and Devir were very responsive! Also nice -- they offered (unsolicited) to let me check out later than check out time since they weren't going to have place cleaned until next day. Also provided bottled water and snacks, a nice touch! Can't speak to walkability to restaurants, stores, etc. since I had many different places to go and used my car a lot. My only (minor) issue was that I didn't find the pillows to be comfortable. But there's a cool area nearby called "Pike & Rose" with shops and restaurants.

This is hands down a listing every other listing here on Abnb should use as an example of how furnish a rental. It’s was the cleanest most comfortable stay we have on our 3 week cross country trip! Worst I can say is I wish the bed was bigger. But that bed was very comfortable with real cotton sheets 🙏!
