45 m2 accommodation in an old barn and located in a very quiet residential area. Downtown Orleans and La Source district (Universities, BRGM, CNRS...) accessible in 10 minutes by car or bike (bike path in the immediate vicinity). The Zenith and Co'Met are within walking distance. Many shops nearby (bakery, pharmacy, butcher, wine shop, bar-tobacconist, post office, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping area, etc.). Bus 5/10 minutes away, tram 15 minutes' walk.

In-person hosting, I don't have self check-in.

Cozy and secure apartment less than 10 min from the center of Orleans. Secure on-site parking with badge, 5 min from the train station and 5 min from the highway exit. Public transport at the foot of the residence and many shops nearby (bakery, pharmacy, etc.) Very quiet and easy to access residence. A large double bed (queen size) and a sofa bed are available, fully equipped kitchen. (Hot water of course)

Ideally located on a very quiet pedestrian street in the historic center of Orleans. Nestled on the second floor without elevator access, offering views of the Cathedral towers and half-timbered houses. The charm of the old sometimes has its small drawbacks, the sound insulation is not perfect and it is possible to hear the sounds of the daily life of the neighbors.
