Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Cheverny

This is our second stay at Solange’s beautiful, peaceful and charming property, which is perfectly located for exploring the Loire Valley. This quintessentially French property was perfect for us in every way! The kind of property we normally pass and remark on as to how lovely it looks….and it’s just as perfect on the inside too. The bed is comfy. The lounge is interesting with its unique wood burning stove and the kitchen full of interesting crockery, plus all the essentials to cook a great meal including a new Smeg oven! The shower is fabulous and it’s always lovely to find that the host has supplied a good supply of towels, loo rolls etc too! The outdoor space is really pretty and a lovely place to sip a glass of local wine. There was even a small car port for soft top car to retreat under when we had a rain shower. Thank you for your hospitality Solange and we look forward to a return visit soon.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful and quirky house overlooking the Loire. Every room has its own personality, and we loved discovering the little details that made the space so special. The views over the river were absolutely stunning—whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery was always breathtaking. The location is peaceful and ideal for exploring the Loire Valley, yet still close enough to shops, vineyards, and picturesque villages. Our host was warm, responsive, and clearly passionate about sharing this lovely home. It’s a perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak in the beauty of the region. Highly recommended—we’d love to return!

We absolutely loved this charming country cottage. It was the perfect retreat to return to after exploring the Loire Valley. Great location. Very private. Close to terrific restaurants. Daphné was a wonderful and helpful host.

Wonderful, discrete hosts. Great house with large, private, fenced off space. Access to the forest directly outside of the property which was ideal for dogs. Loved the area with close proximity to all the castles of the Loire, just wish we had more time to enjoy this area for a bit longer. Big thanks again for hosting us, it is greatly appreciated ❤️

We had a lovely stay at this place, located 5 minutes from Beauval Park. We were able to enjoy the pool and petanque court offered, as well as the barbecue. A bottle was even kindly offered to us by Damien. Very responsive to messages, communication went very well and many recommendations on restaurants and bars were given to us. We won't hesitate to return!

Very nice little house. Well equipped and quiet. Close to many tourist places to visit the castles of the Loire Valley. The village is equipped with commerce. The house has a garage for one car. Finally, Frédéric is very attentive and communication was very easy with him. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a wonderful stay, as the house is so unique and the gardens are beautiful! We also enjoyed the perk of borrowing the bikes and the lovely hikes and bike paths that the host told us about. A very special vacation!

We spent 2 nights in the accommodation as part of the Vendôme triathlon. The accommodation is spacious, clean, welcoming, the bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is sublime. The village is steeped in history and it's nice to walk around.

Our 2 nights in Blois we made extra special with our stay at this AirBnb. Perfect location a block or 2 away from all the restaurants, shopping and chateau’s. Plenty of amenities and everything was exactly as listed. It was lovely to have coffee in the morning on the cute patio while we planned our day. Thanks again Eddy. Note: if you are driving, the parking spot for this AirBnb courtyard is little. Large cars or SUV’s will need to find street parking. That being said our mid-sized rental fit and it was nice to park secure behind a locked gate.

Very nice apartment, spacious, bright, well-equipped and above all very conveniently located in the center of Blois. We were able to enjoy our short stay in Blois entirely on foot. Morgan was responsive and responded quickly to our messages. The instructions are perfectly clear and accurate. Thanks also for the restaurant suggestions in the area. I would recommend this place without reservation!

Very good apartment in awesome city! The only thing to complain about was fridge - the ice cream was ruined :) not a dealbreaker in any case though. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you!

We had a great week! The house is perfectly equipped , the air conditioning was very useful the first 2 days of our stay. We enjoyed the pool greatly. Beautiful English garden. The walks along the expensive river are very soothing.

The place is amazing, even better than on the pictures. The park is beautiful and quite. we enjoyed the great swimming pool as we stayed with family including 2 young children. Beds were great. The house had everything we needed, all amenities. Strategic location from the Chateau de la Loire and for cycling. Yannick was really helpful. I would definitely come back.

From the first contacts, everything was perfect. Carmen, who has always been very responsive and responded to any requests we had. Listing is as described. Villa Verde is a spacious, comfortable and peaceful place. It is nestled in the middle of a huge wooded lot and very well maintained by the hosts, perfect for letting the children let off steam. We felt right at home during this short stay. We would definitely recommend Carmen's house for a visit to Beauval Zoo, for example, which is 20 minutes away

We had a great time. The house is very welcoming and spacious for a family with 7 adults and 3 small children with a large, very nice garden. The house is located in a very peaceful environment, allowing you to make superb visits (Cheverny, Chaumont sur Loire, Blois...) and also beautiful walks (banks of the Beuvron in the immediate surroundings, Beauregard...).

Loïc’s house is excellent and exactly as described. The pool is lovely. It’s good to have the barbecue. We cycled every day parts of the Loire velo route. On bike it’s only 40’ to the centre of Orleans. Loic himself was very helpful and communicated quickly

The house is really superb, very well renovated and clean. It is very well-equipped and the quality of the services is excellent (swimming pool, sports field, bbq, darts, ping-pong, billiards, foosball...). We had a great time.
