To sleep, there is 1 comfortable bed in the bedroom and 1 also comfortable, new convertible couch in the living room (120cm wide). The apartment has good wi-fi access included, as well as all the necessary home appliances (stove, oven, washing machine and dishwasher). In the neighborhood, there's every convenience nearby : a big supermarket, a boulangerie... and plenty of restaurants and bars around the nearby Place d'Italie. And finally, to move around : just down the block is the metro station "Chevaleret" on line 6, from which you can easliy reach all of Paris.
