My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

Laundry on second floor. Roku smart TV’s in all bedrooms. Great location near restaurants and shopping. Great walking trail and playground at Oak Grove park which is walking distance to house. Highway 64 close which will take you anywhere in the Hampton Roads area. Beach about a 25 minute drive.
