Jay and Linda are spectacular hosts, who have thought of virtually everything you could need during a stay away. We stayed with our 4 month old baby and dog, and felt very comfortable. Jay was lovely and made sure we had all our needs met. The backyard is truly a peaceful oasis, and it was great to be so close to the attractions of DC and return to a quiet sanctuary at the end of the day. Despite not having a full kitchen, Jay and Linda ensured we had all the comforts of home. We would absolutely stay again.

This basement apartment was adorable and the hosts thought of everything to make this convenient. We never saw them, but it was nice knowing they were upstairs. Yes, occasional footsteps due it being an older but remodeled home, but not the least disturbing. Thank you to Lauren for all the attention to detail. Bed was very comfortable too!

There are a number of things I knew I would like about this space ahead of time-the location is fantastic, the layout of the space was ideal for our needs, and it had great reviews about the things that are important to me (cleanliness for instance). What really stood out though are the little extra touches that made the stay more comfortable. There was a keurig in addition to a coffee maker, coffee there to use for both, ample dw detergents, paper towels and such, bath products, and comfortable furnishings as a few examples. Would stay here again without hesitation!

Stacey's guest house was perfect! It exceeded expectations. Stacey is a great host. Her place is very clean, very comfortable, very close to Washington DC, and the neighborhood is fantastic. Everything was great. Love the fact that it was only a 10min drive to the pool where my water polo tournament was held. I got lucky almost every night with parking, which was in front. One day I had to park around the corner but it wasn’t a far walk at all. They gave me places to eat and drink which worked out when I met an HS friend. Communication was great. Every other day or so they would check on me to see if I needed something, not in person but through messages. Which was great. Tv was loaded with apps, all you needed was you sign in info. Will totally rent from them again.

Joel was very communicative. I was on a work related trip so I certainly appreciated the flexibility with check in and check out. Had I been on a leisure trip with friends, the fun decor would have made for a great time. I appreciate the space being available and clean with the last minute booking!

This place is nothing short of magical. We couldn’t stop finding things we loved about it, and talking about how much we can’t wait to bring other people here. Whenever possible, we look for the unique when we are searching AirBnB, and this place is easily top five, if not number one. We cannot wait to bring the kids and other loved ones. Huge thank you to our hosts for literally creating a piece of art that they let others stay inside of. Can’t recommend enough!

this place was perfect!!! I woke up and sat on the deck. the birds greeted me with song and the beautiful smells infiltrated my surroundings. it was peaceful and more than I expected. the host was sweet and very accommodating. the dogs greeted us with such joy. we would definitely book this home again if in the area.

Edward was one of the most proactive, responsive AirBnB stays that we've ever had. Clear instructions via text beforehand and during check out, nicely detailed book with recommendations and details about the stay in a binder inside, pristine place with everything we needed in the kitchen, and even a fun dog that made our trip even more memorable. We lucked out finding this space available and would love to come again.

Rohaan’s home was very nice. Accurately described, and welcoming. He gave us clear instructions for check in, and exactly that happened. Overall, the space was clean and very nice. Movie theater was great. Wonderful experience!

My fiancée and I loved Aliya’s place & will definitely be booking again. It has all the entertainment you need under one roof that you don’t have to leave the house to spend any additional money. She has the home theater with the popcorn , massage chair, pool table, video games, & board games just something for everybody to enjoy. This is one of the best AirBNB’s I’ve stayed in thus far.

My stay here was great and comfortable. Yohanes was extremely accommodating. The upstairs unit shared hvac w. Basement unit and the guest didn’t like that I had it toasty so Yohanes brought by a space heater to keep both places comfortable. Parking was good too & he made sure we had a permit.

Our stay was wonderful! The location was easy to find, super clean, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always responsive. Perfected located from restaurants and the fairgrounds, where our concert was. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved the quiet and peace of the area while also being close to town. Very easy access to Shenandoah as well. Kara was responsiveness and sign in/out instructions were clear and descriptive. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Vernon’s for 6 weeks while in between places and had a great experience. The flat is located on the ground floor/semibasement but has a lovey view on the garden. So, during a sunny day the living room gets a lot of light. It immediately felt like home and was very cozy. Kitchen is basic but still managed to cook some simple meals. Overall great value for money.

This place was perfect for a quick DC getaway, close to many restaurants and a grocery store. The neighborhood itself was beautiful and is located in a safe area. Quick drive to the DC metro rail. The host was very responsive and has lived in the area for quite some time now. The area was clean and bed was so comfortable. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait to plan a trip back!

Worry free of everything. Had a question once and answered immediately, was great. Next time visiting, we will definitely check to see if this is available again!

We were in town for a Georgetown graduation, and this lovely apartment was the perfect home base for the weekend. It was impeccably clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Home was lovely and the best location. Quiet but centrally located to main shopping. Xiaowen was so accommodating and even gave me recommendations on places to eat and things to see! Will stay again for sure!!

Very well appointed kitchen. I really enjoyed being able to easily cook. the washer and dryer were so nice and better than mine at home! The hosts were very responsive and nice. We enjoyed the Studio Ghibli theme and even watched a movie.

This is a great place to stay while in DC! We appreciated having our own kitchen, and the bed was so comfortable, especially after a long day of walking. Easy enough to find, and always free parking on the street. Great neighborhood, and very quiet - even with construction going on at the house next door. Didn’t even hear it, being in the basement apartment! We will definitely be booking this again (if it’s available) next time we’re going to DC. Thank you for providing a great home base for us while visiting DC!
