This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Our family had a wonderful stay at Jeneene's home. Jeneene was exceptionally communicative, responsive and thoughtful, including leaving a sweet congratulatory note to our daughter (who was graduating), providing local recommendations specific to our needs, and allowing us late check out. This is hands down the absolute best place to stay in the Pemberton area. I grew up nearby and needed a place to stay while visiting family as I moved several states away. Ren and Ven’s space is beyond gorgeous, immaculately kept and has everything you could need and more. It truly felt like being welcomed by a beloved friend. The space is perfectly proportioned for families and the space is very comfortable and homey. I’ll for sure be back.

This was perfect for a long weekend. It’s walkable with nice restaurants and in a beautiful area. My son and I enjoyed being so close to six flags, soccer fields, shopping and more. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay here. Bed is extremely comfortable. Water pressure was great all around. Check-in was a breeze. Patricia was very communicative and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s place for our high school friend get together. We wanted a place near Longwood Gardens and a place to relax. We got them both! The surroundings were beautiful and the home was open and lovely! We hope to be back!

We had a fantastic stay at the Malvern Ave and Nora and the team were fantastic hosts. The amenities at the club house are fantastic. We loved it so much we have rebooked to stay in September.

Great value and location, breathtaking view, quiet space

The 'Little House' is little but very well built, lit, supplied with essentials, and in a peaceful farm setting. The hosts were there for any questions or needs we might have requested. The shower had strong pressure and the place was very clean. I would stay here again, for sure!

Great property for an active family on the road.

I thoroughly enjoyed Rodolfho and Juli's place. It was cozy, clean & well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the large walk-in closet was an extra plus. I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived that Rodolfho & Juli not only provided me a small gift basket of goodies, they left me a beautiful hand-written note to welcome me. They were so easy to communicate with and responded to any question or request very quickly. I really liked the area they live in. It was peaceful and their backyard was very relaxing. Most of all, I was impressed by how genuinely nice and decent they are. I would heartily recommend their suite to anyone looking for a comfortable place for a very fair price. Five (5) stars!

The location is great and Teri was very friendly and helpful.

Richard was a great host. He provided the key information we needed and was quickly available if we had any questions. We had more than enough room to spread out and be very comfortable. This was a Great Stay and since we have family in the area, we know we will be back and will specifically check for availability with Richard.

Honestly, the best hospitality of any place we’ve stayed. We felt right at home. The thoughtfulness that went into preparing the home for us, was unmatched. We highly recommend staying here. It was perfect. Thank you, Mrs. Betty!

We enjoyed our stay at Mark's place. He was very willing to greet us when we got there and even offered to do s'mores for the kids, but that didn't work out because of the weather. We will definitely stay at Mark's place again if we ever make it back that way. The home was exceptionally clean and well detailed.

Great place to stay, looks just like the photos, and is a great feel for the space. Water didn't get as hot as I would like but still gets to a nice temperature. If getting there later in the day, plan to look for parking as it is all street parking. Availability for parking was within a block or so, which was fine. Overall great night's stay!
