The house is located in the village of Vyshcha Dubechnya, Vyshgorod district. Built in 2017 from timber. The area is 108 sq.m. On the ground floor there is a large living room-kitchen, two bedrooms, a stove, a bathroom. On the second floor there is a large bedroom, a bathroom. On the territory there is a barbecue, a pit for a fire, a woodshed. The house has two terraces, the balcony can be accessed through a folding ladder from the street. Sokil Manor is located in the Kyiv region, Novosilky village, Vyshgorod district, 20 km from Kyiv. This is a traditional mud house (heated by a wood-burning stove), but with all modern amenities. Built in 1937. When reconstructing the house, we sought to preserve the original rural character of the building, while providing a comfortable place to relax. Everything is in an authentic style: clay dishes, handmade wooden furniture and a wood-fired clay oven for cooking.
