Let me introduce my accommodation. You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. I hope you can see my birch wood work hanging in the accommodation, read a book while swinging in a well-organized garden, and take a rest.

Cheongho's house. A private house with a yard near the beach

Get out of the apartment today, and stay in a private guesthouse stay that smells of the sea, Cheongho House. When you open the gate and turn around, you will find a small yard. On the left side of the yard is the main main building with a kitchen and a tea lounge (Room 3, 2 toilets), and on the right side is an annex that is only open when you book for over 6 people (Room 1, mini tea lounge 1, 1 toilet). The Cheongho House is a single-family home that is only rented to one team per day. Stay overnight in Sokcho in a uniquely structured Sokcho wardrobe with stylish furniture and lighting, and somewhere between traces of time and memories of youth. Treat yourself and your group to the little pleasures of a scavenger hunt, finding hidden fun and usefulness in every corner. The country house courtyard with a tea lounge and a tap like a cafe where you can huddle for tea is a dummy. The Cheongho House has repaired the old house that was used as a bed and breakfast for a long time, and there is no place that is left untouched by its owner. [Facility Location] The property is located on the 1st floor, and the rooftop is an independent space on the 5th floor, which is only used by those staying on the rooftop. [Living room and kitchen] The living room, decorated in a pastel tone connected to the bedroom, has a beam projector with Netflix, a Bluetooth speaker, a chair, and a table. The kitchen is equipped with simple utensils, pots, microwave, and coffee pot for two people. (Simple cooking available/smelly food cooking not possible) [Bedroom] The studio-type bedroom has a goose down duvet, pillows, and latex mattresses. Bedding is washed and dried daily. There are also hangers, of course. [Bathroom] Face towels, bath towels, Kundal shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, foam cleanser, shower sponge, and soap amenities to help you travel light. **Cooking is prohibited due to odor and safety concerns.** Our accommodation is located on the 5th floor of Sunrise Hotel in the city center, and you can enjoy the view of Cheongcho Lake and Sokcho city from the balcony. The interior of the property is very clean and modern, and uses hotel-style bedding and supplies. Since the owner washes and manages it directly, we manage all kinds of supplies such as bedding and towels with the heart that my family uses them. There are road shops such as Lotte Liana, Kimbap Cheongguk, Starbucks, and Twosome, where you can have a simple breakfast. (Breakfast is not provided) Parking is underground 1. 2. It is on the 3rd floor. We register guest vehicles for free use of the underground parking lot.If the underground parking lot is full, a nearby public parking lot can be used (free parking registration). Check-in is self check-in (touch pad), and we'll let you know your password via Airbnb message after 2pm on the day of check-in. E-Mart (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot), Daiso, and 24-hour E-Mart, GS25, and 7-Eleven are all within a minute's walk. It is located around Lotte Resort, which has an excellent landscape. Daepo Port, Oeongchi Port, Dulle-gil, Cheongcho Lake night view, Yeongrang Lake drive course, seafood center and Abai Village Gaetbae (5 minutes by car), surfing lessons at the breakwater, and 2 minutes away from Sokcho Beach after playing in the water, you can take a hot shower in the yard of the accommodation. In particular, you can use the 150m2 private house to have a barbecue in the yard. The living room has a state-of-the-art standing air conditioner, and each room in Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 has air conditioning. Families and groups are welcome (but not dogs).
