Private parking available. Fitted and equipped kitchen. 1 bathroom with toilet and 1 toilet with sink. 1 ground floor bedroom with 140 bed 1 upstairs bedroom with 160 bed and 2-seater sofa bed. Baby equipment available on request. Linens and towels provided for stays of 2 nights or more.

Located on the first floor of our old barn, the ammonite is a small equipped and air-conditioned apartment ready to welcome you. An entrance and private parking are allocated to you for your stay. For holidays or work, access is quick via the A10 a few minutes away. Located in the countryside, in a place called, you can find all amenities a few km drive away. Equipped with a connected TV, Wi-Fi you can access your Netflix or other accounts if you wish.

The Niortaise Suite

Just 10 minutes from Niort and major highways, come and stay in an apartment inspired by Monica's from the legendary Friends tvshow. In this beautifully renovated outbuilding, you'll have access on the ground floor to a “Central Perk”- style relaxation area, and upstairs to a spacious family apartment. In addition to the high ceilings, exposed beams and stonework, you'll find plenty of references to my favorite tv show and a 90's mood !

Situated in a renovated barn in the heart of our caprine farm. Nestled in a quiet and peaceful setting in the countryside, this place is ideal for relaxing moments for families or groups of friends. Our cottage has been carefully arranged to offer all the comforts you need for your stay. With spacious and bright spaces, it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Every moment spent here is an invitation to disconnect and conviviality.

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).
