Location wise it's a gem for anyone who is seeking a tranquil place to unwind for have a long peaceful stay. The river is not only accessible, the stretch is beautiful naturally paved with low height rocks. For non swimmers it's such a big advantage to be able to enjoy the waters sitting on the rocks. Surrounded by plantations and no stray animals around the property I could leave my pets without the leash for sometime. The host, Shibel, greeted us and was there throughout our stay. The food - local dishes- homely and delicious. Loved every bit of our short stay.

The place is easy to locate and quick to check in. The view is amazing and exactly as described/ shown in the photos. The biggest plus point were caretaker. Very responsive, very helpful and always available. Whatever help you might need, they will do everything to fulfill it.

The place is really beautiful and peaceful, perfect for friends and family trips, very helpful and responsive caretaker. Arranged local food according to our preferences, arranged a jeep for local sightseeing. Overall it was an amazing experience.

You would never expect such a property in this location. The host, Surabhi, made us feel right at home, treating us like family. From check-in to check-out, she ensured that all our needs were met and kept us informed about what to expect. Our entire family enjoyed every moment of our stay. The only downside was that we could only stay for one day. We will definitely consider coming back here.

This location is a bit remote but totally worth it. A stream runs by the property, a lot of jackfruits around, a small checkdam-waterfall at walking distance and further ahead some beautiful viewpoints. Locals are friendly, a young couple helped us to checkin and an uncle guided us to a viewpoint. Vivin is really kind, he coordinated everything through phone. We were lucky to have booked Sibi's cab from Kochi because they both communicated seamlessly in Malayalam and took us to lesser known sightseeing places. He got things arranged pretty well. Vivin also offered us homegrown fruits and jackfruits, his mom Sophie aunty was super warm and kind to us. This is not a commercial luxurious resort, this is a proper house where you get to experience how locals live, first hand. Different experience, totally worth it. The stay at this place was amazing . The views the house provides were spectacular. The care takers Mr Rajen and Mr Guna along with his family were very accommodating and responsive and took great care of our family and needs . We enjoyed our stay and loved it and will definitely come back for another vacation stay in the future . The only recommendation is with the narrow roads on the mountain sides it’s better to call the host ahead of time if your traveling with a large group and a big vehicle so they can guide you on how to get to the property easily as it’s perched on the mountain top with breathtaking views of the valley. Overall great stay great complimentary breakfast options , clean place , great host .

Its a beautiful private place inside a cardamom plantation. Ideal for a pack of upto 12 persons . We were around 11 bachelors and we enjoyed a lot in this property. Host Baiju was super friendly and supportive.
