Our charming Airbnb is located in the heart of Gardiner Maine. Built in 1850, our historic home combines old-world charm with modern comforts. Enjoy the creaking hardwood floors, exposed beams, and coastal accents that create a calming, seaside vibe. The open layout offers a spacious living room with a sofa bed, Smart TV, books and board games. We offer a comfortable sleeping area with a queen bed. A full bathroom. This unique place has a style all its own. No, he didn’t sleep here, Washington that is, but now you can. Our one-hundred-acre farm is located in the small rural village of Washington. It is located just 2/10 of a mile from the village center where the general store, library and town offices are located. Easy commute east to the coast and the must-see towns of Rockland, Rockport and Camden or west to our capitol, Augusta. One hour and forty minutes to Bar Harbor and Acadia national park.

Finding Joy

This lovely apartment is above our garage. You can come and go as you please. We have created a place for peace and solitude. Sit on the deck or look out the dining room window and see the woods and wait for the birds and wildlife that may be wonder through the yard. There is coffee and tea available, along with basic breakfast supplies, if you wish. Keyless entry allows for you to come anytime after check-in. Please note, you have to be comfortable with stairs to access the apartment.

Relax on the sunny deck, listen to the birds and lobster boats and watch the seals on the ledge at low tide. Take a walk for breathtaking scenic views of the Sheepscott river. Bring your books, bikes and kayaks. Westport Island offers several preserves for hiking, a local brewery and is a central location to visit many nearby midcoast sights and activities.

"Ship Shape": waterfront, cozy studio- downtown

Located in a historic 200 year old building "Ship Shape" is close to downtown but on a quiet tree-lined residential street. It is just one block to the library, bookstore, post office and all the lovely shops. It is on the shore of the Damariscotta River with wonderful views from inside and out.. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the light, the outdoor space, and the comfortable bed. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Welcome to our enchanting loft retreat! Our thoughtfully designed apartment offers a serene escape with a touch of sophistication. Ascend the spiral staircase to discover a cozy bedroom complete with a work space and reading nook. Hidden up a trap door on the third level are two twin beds for the nimble. A full deck complete with a small fire pit is available in the warmer months. Your getaway awaits!

The Lodge

All inclusive. “The lodge” is a lodge themed fully equipped one bedroom apartment with complete kitchen, laundry and electric fireplace. The lodge has plenty of space to kick back after a day of work or to just get away for a weekend retreat. Enjoy our year round swim spa! Coffee, fresh eggs, butter and a bakery treat are included!

Absorbed in ship-building tradition, picturesque Boothbay Harbor is still about boats-boats from around the world bobbing in the harbor, lobster boats unloading the day's catch, sea-kayaks exploring the rocky shoreline.
