Public transportation and nearby highways: - RER B Palaiseau is a 12-minute walk (25/30 minutes to get to the heart of Paris in 25/30 minutes). - A6/A10 at 2 min. - N118 at 7 min. Bakery and city intersection 2 min walk. Downtown is about a 10-minute walk (shopping, restaurant, tobacco, market...). Plateau de Saclay and Polytechnique nearby.

It is located in a residential area, called Little Deauville because of the beautiful villas that line the street. Paris is accessible by train in 35 minutes (with a train station just a 2-minute walk away), offering convenient and quick access to Parisian cultural life. And breakfast is on us!

Fully equipped studio of 30 m2 on the ground floor with garden access. Wifi and heating included. Breakfast essentials are provided. The studio is a 15-minute walk to the train station that serves Versailles, La Défense and Paris. Le Haras de Jardy and Parc de Saint-Cloud are nearby (20 min walk). Free street parking Extra charge of €20 for the stay if you are 2 and you want to sleep in the sofa bed in addition to the bed. We have a dog and a cat!
