very nice house in a beautiful spot. this was our second stay, and we already booked the third 😅

We had a wonderful family stay at the property. A beautiful peaceful setting. We loved the wood burning hot hub and the pizza oven. Gym was great, and games/family chill room was perfect for kids to have their own space seperate from the main living/dining area inside. Jack and Richard on hand and very responsive. Richard even popped over right away with fire lighters on night one when the previous guests had left an empty box which was very helpful.

Brian and Jeanette are the perfect hosts. If you want to be surrounded by nature and beautiful countryside this is a wonderful spot. The location is great, close to the coast and many interesting towns and villages. The local bar tabac is definitely worth a stop for a beer or coffee. There is plenty to explore but if you just want to relax then hanging out at Apple Tree Gites is a great option. We will be back.

We stayed in a lovely house, with a jacuzzi, the hosts were welcoming and the house was clean. We had a great time in this little relaxing corner. Thanks again for hosting.

Nicky was a very flexible and accommodating host. Nothing was too much trouble. She provided a lovely welcome pack to get you started after a long trip. During our stay was very helpful with local knowledge, even helping with my French 😊 Couldn’t have asked for a better break away for peace and quiet in a tranquil location with fantastic views. We will miss our lovely walks down the lane. Will definitely return. A perfect little gem. Thank you.

We had a great time at Caroline's place. The place is peaceful and relaxing, with a nice garden that is very pleasant. The Nordic bath was a real little extra that made us very happy! We also really appreciated Caroline's attentiveness and kindness throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable, perfect for a good rest. The location is ideal, within walking distance of Dinan, between countryside, quiet and proximity to major cities. A beautiful interlude that we highly recommend!

The extended weekend was magical, the hosts are welcoming, friendly and attentive. Special mention for the hearty breakfast, the soothing setting and Sophie's travel and outing recommendations in a very clear book. The information is useful and saves us valuable time. Sophie's husband is also very attentive and took all our requests into account. They ensure the smooth running of the spa on a daily basis. We rented the loft with a hot tub and it will be a memorable stay. Go for it, you won't regret it :)

We had a lovely stay, the house is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The place is very quiet and conducive to walking. We were a family of 5 plus a dog and it was perfectly suited.

The accommodation was great for exploring the surroundings (by car!) - Saint Malo, Le Mont Saint Michel, Saint Suliac and many fantastic small towns to discover. The place was very quiet and super for us as a family due to the garden with playground equipment, goats and chickens.

A wonderful place to stay in rural Normandy. Jean-Francois is an excellent, friendly & helpful host. La Baronnie offers everything you need for a peaceful getaway, with excellent outdoor space to complement the cosy lounge and kitchen/diner. Gouvets is a lovely quiet village with nice walks, and well located for the major sights and attractions of Normandy

Amazing spot to unwind from the big wide world, two hounds loved it with great walks in mature woods on your door step, with beautiful surrounding country side. Everyone we met or interacted with was friendly and very helpful. Great local produce to be had so go find it as you will not be disappointed. Would not and will not hesitate to highly recommend and book again....

This place exceeded our expectations in so many ways that there are likely an insufficient number of characters to capture it. Sandra’s home and the surrounding area were more than welcoming. Having the ability to see Mont St Michel from the property during different times of day and weather conditions was amazing. There are lush fields to gaze over. We were fortunate enough to experience a sheep parade, not once but twice as they traveled down the narrow town road to pasture. The restaurant, literally a stone’s throw away, had food that was unbelievably good (as was the cider) and we easily could have eaten there every day. We saw goats on the walking trail that looks to loop around a significant radius, all with a view of Mont St Michel. The home was quaint and comfortable. Sandra was a joy to work with. We literally couldn’t ask for anything more. As I said, there are insufficient characters and you probably have better things to do (such as booking this place) than read any mor

Our third time at Farida and Gérard's and always a great pleasure to find the little house! We always feel so good there with a great welcome and everything you need to have a great vacation, we will come back a fourth time, that's for sure!

Fantastic and comfortable. The beds also were comfy. The area, immediate neighbors, etc, absolutely perfect.

We had a lovely stay whilst visiting family. Anna had thought of everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the Loft House is beautifully decorated.

We enjoyed staying at this Airbnb very much! The decor is great and you feel right at home. It was also great that there was a high chair and a baby bed, as well as toys. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect to live quietly and still be in a busier environment in 15 minutes by car. I also give the stay 5 stars because Lilli and Edouard were excellent at communicating and also their recommendations (especially the restaurant Comete!!) were great. We would gladly come back. The only thing you should know if you come with a baby and sleep on the first floor: The bed and the door squeak a lot, but as long as the baby doesn't mind that when sleeping, that's not a problem! Exceptional accommodation, very well-equipped, comfortable and in addition, a large flowery courtyard overlooking the valley. What more could you ask for on vacation! Close to several beautiful villages and St. Malo. Thank you so much to Soïzic and Delphine for the oil, condiments, coffee and Marseille soap… all small touches that warm the heart.

A superb location close to the sea. Clean and cozy, we had a very pleasant week there. Corinne and her partner are also very friendly and attentive. It's a place I can only recommend. We'll definitely go back!!!

A lovely old property beautifully renovated, decorated and furnished, super-comfortable bed and lots of drawers - so unusual these days! Particularly liked the double basin in the bathroom - and yet more drawers beneath. Location is quiet which is good but means you can’t easily walk to shops or restaurants. But for getting to Dinan, Dinard, St Malo and the granite coast by car it’s very well situated. We had a lovely time - thank you to Valerie and Alan

what a lovely house, cozy room and kitchen, spacious bedrooms, lots of storage possibilities. All amenities are available and usable. Privacy. A great beautiful garden, well maintained and a beautiful view. The pool was lovely, good temperature so also usable in less weather. Taco is a super host. Friendly, and invisibly present to clean the pool and remove the trash bags. Good communication. The sights and towns are accessible by car. It's a few miles drive. We had a very nice and relaxed stay. Taco, thank you so much!
