This unique house was built at the end of the 18th century by a noble family of the Berry province. It remains in the same family. It is 10km away from Bourges, which was for a few years, during the one Hundred Years’ War the capital of France. It had one of the most impressive cathedral, listed in the world heritage list of the UNESCO, and a unique civil gothic palace, the “palais Jacques cœur. Nearby are the famously vineyards of Menetou-Salon and Sancerre.

The property, located 400 meters from Chambord National Park, welcomes you in a natural area crossed by the river "Le Cosson", from where you can discover the prestigious castles of the Loire, Beauval Zoo and its surrounding historic towns. The Cave of Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is embedded in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its irregularity. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.
