Le seul problème est le système de poignée à code compliqué et apparemment instable puisque le lendemain de notre arrivée, avec la même procédure que la veille, nous ne sommes pas arrivés à entrer dans le logement. Heureusement, à ce moment-là, l'hôte s'est montré réactif.

Super séjour au Chalets Montmorency. Le logement était très propre et spacieux. L'environnement très beau et bien entretenu. L'accueil de Céline a été très sympathique et la piscine couverte avec le jakusi un plus appréciable. Je recommande ce lieu magnifique.

Definitely would come back and recommend. The place is better and bigger than the pictures show. Spotless clean. Very easy to find parking options for free if you are coming on a weekend (week days might be worth paying for parking lot). 15 minutes walk from the citadelle and Quebec’s main attractions. Saint Roch is a very nice are to explore also. Very lively neighborhood.

An amazing place, with a beautiful lake view and kayaks available, a hot tub overlooking the lake and mountains, and a lovely space to relax. The only point is that it’s not an entire house but shared with other guests. However, it’s definitely worth it — the place is thoughtfully designed to make you feel relaxed. I would definitely come back again.

Nice and clean place with comfortable beds. The location is convenient, especially having a Metro grocery store nearby. A couple of minor notes: the towels are black, which might not appeal to everyone, and the washing machine had a bit of a stale smell, possibly from wet laundry being left in too long. Overall a great stay!
