Our Lake house is located on Lake Chatuge in a quite secluded neighborhood in the beautiful North Georgia mountain town of Hiawassee. We are on the lake with an accessible deep water dock. This house offers lots of cozy indoor and outdoor space with plenty of seating, including covered seating areas off of each king room, a large open deck, a lower deck, fire pit, and covered patio next to water. Space includes three bedrooms (two with king-size beds and one with two twin beds) a large great room with fireplace, pool table, theater room, dining area, small but well-equipped kitchenette, 12x60 covered patio. Gas grill with side burner. During the summer season, you can rent our pontoon boat for $250 a day. You will need to reserve it in advance to make sure it is available.
