It has 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and for chilly days, a wood fire. The Snug is a bird lovers and walkers delight. Cooran is a short drive from many Sunshine Coasts local attractions, including the town of Pomona which hosts the annual King of the Mountain Festival. Come visit us.

Take long walks at low tide across the Sandy expanses, and swim in calm waters or go kayaking during high tide. The fishing is excellent with a boat ramp near the shady park, picnic and BBQ area. The beach is also only half an hour away. However, settle back and enjoy the views and a complementary gin tasting at Twelve and a Half Acres distillery on our property.

We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.
