The apartment was small but the location was great for it! We also did not find the stairs to the 7th floor to be so bad and they were definitely feasible. The apartment is very quiet, but you can quickly get to the metro and have enough restaurants & supermarkets nearby. So for a short city trip, you can definitely recommend the apartment.

Fantastic place and host. The view is as the pictures show and even better. A/C was great for us Americans in a hot Paris summer. Apartment is stocked with everything you could need and Loic was awesome to deal with. Highly recommend!

We had a really lovely stay in Maxine’s apartment and can’t recommend it enough! Maxime communicates fast and clearly - and was super kind throughout. There’s a metro station, restaurants, supermarkets all within minutes of walking. The apartment is small but space is used ingeniously and there’s a lovely view from the top! Highly recommend! Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

We stayed at Sebastien's apartment for 2 nights, we were 3 and the size of the apartment is perfect. Everything is clean, organized and comfortable. The metro is like 5 min walking distance, in a nice and calm neighbourhood. The instructions to find and enter the apartment were clear and easy. Sebastien is a great host, responsive and kind. He give some local recommendations. Great stay!

I enjoyed my stay at Victoria's, a clean and comfortable place. The little plus is that it is very well located near shops/restaurants and especially 2 minutes from the RER. Thanks again and see you soon 😊

Raoul’s place was a great find for our stay in Paris. There is an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. It’s very close to the subway and coffee/restaurants. He was immediately responsive to our questions.

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus between colleagues. Accommodation located in a semi-basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

We stayed 1 night with our 3 children, the accommodation was spotless, the sheets were super clean and smelled good! The place is quiet and cozy, the decor neat and the amenities and equipment are not lacking! We'll be happy to go back!! And we recommended it to those around us. Camille

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first, the building gives you the impression of being abandoned, but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always got to the apartment, excellent.

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

We really enjoyed our stay at Isabelle’s place. The listing is exactly as described and well located, just in front of a tramway station and close from a subway station. Isabelle was a great host, who provided clear instructions, flexible checkout time and was very friendly. We definitely keep this place in our favourites listing for our future trip in Paris !

This is a beautiful place to stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The balcony is absolutely fantastic place where you can see the sunsets with a glass of wine. Neighbours are very quiet and friendly so you can fully rest after long walking across Paris. Alexandre is amazing host, always in touch to deal with any questions we had. I absolutely recommend this apartment

The apartment is located in a multicultural area, international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I should also mention that the apartment is completely. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality

The accommodation was as described, well-equipped, good location. Hosts Ibrahim and Angelique were very accommodating despite an unforeseen event on our part, I would recommend it 100%.
