Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Village médiéval de provins, La terre des singes et le parc des félins a 15 min Animaux de compagnie non accepter. Nous restons à disposition si vous avez des questions complémentaires. [Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur Loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

Relax in a cozy and refined atmosphere, just 10 min. from the medieval city of Provins! When you wake up or at sunset, admire the panoramic view of the Provincial countryside and during the day enjoy the surrounding walks. The chalet can accommodate up to 2 adults (1x 140cm double bed). Also linen is provided (sheet + towels). Finally, the chalet is fully equipped and has WiFi. 🐶🐱 Animaux bien élevés acceptés.

Comfortable single-story house, fully renovated and modernized, is very accessible for small children and the elderly. Very sunny with a south-facing and shaded terrace.
