Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* listed cottage. The cottage Ô Lunain, 40 m2 house located in Nonville , village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

A 10-minute drive from Fontainebleau, you will also have easy access to the cultural richness of the region, with its many castles and museums. For a peaceful stay, an electric vehicle charging station is available in the heart of the village.

You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.

Located right next to Gare de Bois le Roi, 33 min by train from Gare de Lyon (Paris). The large floor-to-ceiling windows of the Kapla House immerse you on a 5,000 щ private plot where our family home is also located. Lovers of walking, mountain biking or climbing are within a 10-minute walk of the banks of the Seine as well as the entrance to the Fontainebleau forest. Where possible, we are flexible with entry and exit times.
