We offer a private room with breakfast included. The bathroom and toilet are private. Please note there are exterior stairs to access the house which can be difficult. We are in a small village which is 10 minutes from the A10 motorway exit (St Arnoult) and 10 minutes from the medieval town Dourdan where you will find restaurants. Our environment is very calm and we have a view of the forest. The house is high up and overlooks the valley. Our street is a dead end that overlooks the forest.

We’re away, but we entrust you with our home: the whole ground floor (2 bedrooms, living rooms, infrared sauna, dining room, kitchen) plus an independent bedroom upstairs. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Garden, pond and pool included. 3km away: Souancé-au-Perche golf course, bakery and butcher in Beaumont-les-Autels. Markets in Margon (Friday) and Nogent-le-Rotrou (Saturday).
