Vacation rentals with a patio in Charlottetown

Kyle’s space is absolutely perfect for a trip to PEI! The location couldn’t have been any better…centrally located to just about anything you’d like to do/see on the island (less than 9 minutes to my favorite little town, Victoria by the Sea!). Lots of space to spread out in the rental (ideal for a family of 4 or two couples) and a great kitchen for times when you don’t want to eat out. The view from the deck was gorgeous and the perfect spot for your morning coffee or reading in the afternoon (not to mention the sunset views!). I wouldn’t hesitate to book this space the next time I visit the island!

A lovely place to stay - elegant, comfortable, quiet, and walking distance to a delightful local restaurant. The beds were super comfortable and we had a very relaxing stay. Marsha is a wonderful host who is attentive to her guests’ needs, including supplies for coffee, entertainment (TV, record player, and board games), and even a first aid kit. Highly recommended Air BNB!

It was so great staying in Mildred's unit in Charlottetown! She was very responsive and always messaging to check in with us and to make sure we had everything we needed. The unit was separate and private. It had all of the listed amenities and was not far from downtown or the local stores . We felt right at home and would definitely stay with Mildred in the future!

We stayed at Angelina’s for our first trip to PEI and loved it. The place was cozy, nicely decorated, spotless, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. With a rental car, we were able to explore the entire island easily from this home base. Angelina was an incredibly responsive and proactive host. Highly recommend staying here!

Wade is a great host with a great place. The place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The outdoor space is beautiful with a small nature reserve in the back. Don't hesitate to rent here!

By far the best AirBNB we have ever stayed in. Very clean. Everything you could think of was available. Great grill, plenty of fluffy towels, bedding and beds were great. Plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, even individual coffee creamers and butter to use. Rooms were large and bright. Location was great close to national park. Very quiet overlooking bay. Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to all. We can’t say enough good things about Sunset over the Bay.

Lisa was a great host, very helpful and friendly. Her spot was a quick walk to downtown with the option of taking a scenic route on the boardwalk. Would recommend to anyone looking for a spot to stay!

We had a few guys down for work, there was a misunderstanding on our end and Lauren the host was very understanding, thoughtful and kind with solving the issue. For sure would recommend this Airbnb and such a great host :)

The house was very clean, spacious and comfortable. My family felt at home and appreciated the nice amenities, especially the washer and dryer and board games. The location is convenient to lots of restaurants, the beaches and Anne of Green Gables Heritage Place.

Any issues that came up were resolved immediately with really friendly and prompt communication. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay, close to everything and very quiet.

Beautifully appointed, very clean and comfortable home with rooftop terrace and parking. Short walk to shops, restaurants and event grounds of Shellfish Festival. Joanne provided helpful recommendations and tourist info. Perfect!

Great views, lovely surroundings and complimentary snacks and bathroom products were much appreciated. Very quiet if the upstairs unit is not rented seperately. We would come again!

It is an extremely comfortable country home with great views. Everything is well prepared when we arrived and we feel like at home. This is one of best Airbnb homes we ever experienced and highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Island Properties! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and had everything needed. The location was over the top exceptional - quiet, an incredible view, peaceful, and so close to everything in the downtown. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. This will be an annual location to return to.
