Behind is a bushy escarpment so a perfect base for walking, biking, exploring or to just relax +watch the colours change. The lake bed is visible during the dry years and the lake will slowly reappear during wet years. The lake is currently the fullest it’s been in many years. Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade.
