The architecture is unique, integrated into nature with animals, llamas, horses, geese, peacocks, and fish in the lagoon. Surrounded by green spaces, beautiful landscapes and peace. 20 minutes from downtown. All the amenities of a functioning house, the owners live 30 m away. There is a market nearby to get supplies. The weather is very nice year-round, the food in Cochabamba is one of its attractions, with typical dishes, fresh vegetables that are grown around "La Biosfera"

Highly recommended. I cannot recommend Tula and her home highly enough. Tula’s house is amazing. It is immaculately kept, beautifully furnished and finished. The house is located 10 minutes walk from Av. Herolinas / Plaza Pincipal / the Christe You will be spoiled by an amazing breakfast everyday & have the company of Tula’s lovely dog Boo. Tula is a great host willing to arrange airport transfers etc. or her knowledge about Cochabamba. Genuinely the best AirBnB host I have encountered.

The room is bigger and more comfortable than expected, its private bathroom is sparkling clean. You'll have access to the attic and several other rooms inside the house. The garden and barbecue pit are fantastic. Their dog was very friendly and I got lots of tips about where to go and eat in town. The owners are very nice, helpful and friendly.

This has been the best room I have ever stayed in! Not only is the room huge, everything is spotless clean super comfortable.Patricia and her family are the nicest.I honestly feel I underpaid for such a great room that had (real) breakfast included. Another thing is the WiFi at this place is the best I've used in Bolivia. While in Cochabamba I would stay in this room again and I don't see a reason to stay anywhere else.

The space was large and comfortable with modern amenities including a fully furnished kitchen and washing machine. There were three large screen tv's with access to youtube, netflix, amazon prime, etc. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. They have security at the front as well as a nice cafe on the ground floor and a convenience store next door. Also important, they have air conditioning. All in all it felt like something i would rent back home in Canada. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice place to stay. A little pricier compared to other places in Cochabamba, but it is well worth it. The apartment is in a very nice building with a concierge and feels secure. There is a restaurant on the ground floor along with a small market for necessities. The apartment is well kept, clean and has many amenities. As a mostly English speaker, I appreciated the TV service with numerous channels from the US. Overall, the best place we have stayed in Cochabamba, and we travel there around three times a year. We will continue to stay at this location.
