Our stay was very peaceful, we booked the apartment to spend the weekend in Cuiabá and we had no problems. The apartment is close to everything, easy to find Uber and with markets nearby. The condominium is excellent and the apartment is super spacious, there were 5 adults and it felt like everyone was at home. Victor always answered me quickly, very polite and available to help us. I recommend it!!!

The place is amazing. The house is very cozy and surrounded by woods, which is wonderful, because it was just what we were looking for. The kitchen is well equipped, has a barbecue and space to light a fire. As we were seeking to rest the TV with access to streamers was a differential for us. The house is well tidy, with many windows that enter wind and natural light. At dusk, in addition to a beautiful look of sunset, it has surrounding lights that make it much more beautiful, looking like a movie scene. Although it is well inside the forest, it is very close to the city center, only 10 minutes, which makes it much easier in case you need something of an emergency. The host Clau, was very helpful and attentive, keeping herself available whenever necessary. In short, it was wonderful, for those who want a rest weekend, with excellent cost benefit I recommend 100%. No neighbours of the wall, being a total immersion in nature and tranquility. We will return for sure.

Spacious house in Chapada dos Guimarães near the center

The house is excellent! Perfect for hosting many people, including many hangers, pillows and extra towels. Several places to store luggage, clothes and accessories. All rooms are very spacious. Lucia was attentive at all times. My tip is to put up curtains so that the rooms are darker in the morning and do some repairs on the MDF parts that wear out over time. Negative point: the pool was very cold (the listing says heated pool) and there is no tarp to cover it. So as soon as we arrived it was already a little dirty, but the pool man went to fix it. And my only problem was not with Lucia, but with Ivana, the housekeeper, who agreed with me months before doing 2 days and on the day she simply said she could not go, did not give a reason, did not answer the messages anymore and did not even send someone else. It left me high and dry. This affected my stay. But, in relation to the house and Lucia, the owner, everything was excellent!! I'll vote for sure!
