Vacation rentals with beach access in Channel Islands Beach

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Great spot right next to the beach. We watched the sunset on the beach, took bike rides to the pier and spent countless hours in the jacuzzi. Check in was seamless and the garage was an added bonus. Keep in mind that it's a tight squeeze and an SUV will probably not fit in there. The host was very responsive and took care of an initial issue with the hot tub. It was one of the main reasons we booked it and we were glad he responded quickly.

Place was dry clean and the views were amazing. Very private. Kitchen was well stocked. If you’re a light sleeper the waves crashing can be a bit much at night.

Staying here truly made us feel like part of the Ohana. My family and I chose this wonderful house for my Pepperdine MBA graduation weekend, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. We were the first guests after the devastating fires, and Jimmy, along with the neighbors, ensured we were well taken care of. Jimmy has done an incredible job renovating the rental to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Although the area is still recovering, and getting in and out was challenging, Jimmy ensured we didn't face any issues. We spent the entire weekend on the deck, mesmerized by the ocean views and delighted by the sight of dolphins and sea lions. Unfortunately, we couldn't get to the private beach due to the occasional rusty debris washing ashore, which I didn't want my child to play with. We eagerly look forward another stay once Duke's restaurant has reopened. Mahalo to Jimmy and the wonderful neighbors for making our stay unforgettable!

Have stayed multiple times here with Kiran. It is always so clean and she is very responsive if we have any questions or need anything. We enjoy an easy walk to and on the beach at the end of a busy week and we have our favorite local restaurants we enjoy going back to. Big fave was finding Anacappucino Coffeeshop so close! Appreciate all Kiran does to make sure her place stays at such a nice/high standard!

Julie and Steven’s spot was a perfect, peaceful getaway. Surrounded by the Santa Monica mountains, it’s only a short ride into town, making it easy to spend the day at the beach and come back to the quiet in the evening. I came home from the trip well-rested, the mark of a great staycation. Thanks, Julie and Steven!

Joanie was a great host. We were ghosted by our original reservation and customer service was able to get us with Joanie. Joanie was extremely responsive and everything matched with the description on the listing. I'm extremely grateful with Joanie and her home was great. We had a great stay, everything was nice and was just as listed. I would say if you have PTSD you should be a bit careful since the waves do vibrate the property at times. Everything was beautiful and the host were so responsive. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Karina’s place. The location was excellent, and the house was clean and well-kept. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were great—which made for restful nights. Karina was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which we really appreciated.

If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

Annie’s place is PHENOMENAL! Cozy, peaceful, private, and has everything we needed and more. This is the exact place you want to stay if you want the Ventura vibes, and want to be a quick trip from everything Ventura has to offer, but also far away enough to relax at home.

I had another fantastic stay at Kathy’s Airbnb! The drive along Corall Canyon offers stunning views of the ocean, Santa Monica, Palos Verdes, and Catalina Island. Kathy’s home features incredible sunrise views, with gentle morning fog below. The open layout connecting the bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and bathroom creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Kathy is a wonderful host, always responsive to my needs. If you’re seeking a serene getaway with gorgeous vistas and a lovely host, I highly recommend this place!

What a great spot by the beach! The place was as described and was perfect for a quiet getaway near the sand. Parking was very easy and the hot tub was a nice bonus as well. Would recommend either for a couple or small family.

Great comfy clean modern beach home. Shannon is very responsive to queries and has thought of everything. We stay in alot of vacation rentals and The Melrose is top notch. Generous and thoughtful host. Things like tons of good Pete’s coffee pods and creamer, teas etc. Popcorn Lots of extra supplies like kitchen items foils, ziplocks, paper towels, TP even bottled water. Beds were comfy, amazing spa master bath and a great quiet neighborhood too. Lots of beachtoys and even wetsuits for the whole family. Shannon was a joy to interact with too.

It was perfect for what we needed. The place is very nice, with ample parking. There are many thoughtful touches throughout, and Charles was quick to respond to questions. We would gladly stay again.

Our original booking was cancelled 30 days prior to our vacation. My entire family was panicking looking for a new spot that could accommodate all of us and provide the amenities we wanted. We found this place and the host, from the start, was super responsive, friendly, and helpful in navigating all of our needs and questions. When we arrived, everything was exactly as listed. Clean, beautiful, the perfect set up and only steps from Silverstrand beach. Throughout the trip we had a few questions and needs that were addressed lightning fast. Not only would I recommend this home for anyone, I plan to proactive search out this host again due to their engagement and professionalism. Simply put, this experience saved our summer family vacation and created some epic life long memories. Thank you!

Absolutely loved our stay here and would 100% rebook, truly a one of a kind place! The host was nothing but kind and responsive, the space was spotless and so beautiful. Nothing but good things to say!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

We just had the best time in this beautiful Malibu house. Quiet and dreamy place above the sea, beautiful home, and super host... what else. we''ll come back for sure.

This is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 small children. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook but restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is a block away, as well as a grassy park. Would definitely stay here again!

Michael has a really nice spot near Ventura. Located near both the bay and beaches I would gladly stay again if in the area. Ventura is a beautiful town with a ton to do.
