A perfect accommodation for vacation. There are swimming pool and full options kitchen. The place is very neat and comfortable. Location nearby CMU and Marin market which is so convinient to travel. I wouldv love to visit again!

We had an amazing time at the villa with our family! The place is very family-friendly — the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast every morning, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which gave us real peace of mind. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved everything about the apartment and location. Nice king bed, good wifi, smart tv, good water pressure in shower, hot water, etc. The bed linens are amazing. There’s even a top-notch water filtration system so you can drink the tap water in the kitchen. 2x AC units in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. The hosts were great as well. Would definitely stay again.

John's place is one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The building is beautiful and the apartment is delightful. It is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. John has furnished the apartment with everything a traveler would need. He has perfect instructions for everything in the apartment. His guide for the local area is outstanding. Many people are Airbnb Superhosts. John truly deserves the title as does his fabulous place.

There were three of us in the AirBnb. There were two bedrooms, one of them without windows but with a frosted glass door to the living/dining area. The property was clean and tidy. The pool was definitely an absolute highlight and you could swim there with a great view both in daylight and in the dark. Communication was very good, we noticed after checking out that we forgot something and had it again within a very short time after we made contact. However, you always have to go to most sights (e.g. old town, white market, etc.) by taxi or rickshaw, as the accommodation is not directly in the center. Otherwise, there is a café next to the accommodation with delicious coffee and a 7eleven directly opposite. We will be happy to come back. :)

The condo of Paul's apartment was super beautiful! Lush, and green, with a nice pool. There is a 7/11 right across the street, and a mall right behind the condo with everything you need. Its also SUPER quiet. The downside is that the surrounding area isn't super walkable (as it's just off of a highway). Luckily, it's super easy to get a cheap Grab to wherever you need. The apartment itself is simple, but nice and comfortable. My one complaint (as someone who cooks a lot at home) is that the hot plate is a bit temperamental, and the pot and wok could use replacing. It's a lot easier to just order in, and enjoy the amazing local food. Paul was also a great host, and was always quick to reply. Would definitely recommend!

Great location in Nimman, close to everything yet just away from the main street. The apartment itself was really nice. Comfortable bed, nice building, I would stay here again! The pool is nice but not much sunshine available due to the building blocking it. The host was amazing, very accommodating!

If you’re staying in Chiang Mai, this is the place to stay! Very close to the old town and everything within walking distance. Very helpful and responsive host.

I stayed here for one month and enjoyed my stay here. The location is really great if you are looking for many food options and shopping from the night market/bazaar all within walking distance or a short taxi ride. It is a very lively and fun location at night. The host is very responsive to inquiries. I had some minor issues that were resolved very quickly. The internet is good and all appliances functioned. The room has plenty of space and storage for your belongings. I would stay again and recommend it to others.

The condo is comfortable and quiet, in a great building. A little off the beaten path, but walking distance from the night market. Natasa is a good host

Beaut’s place was incredibly clean and cozy, located in a very pleasant area with everything within easy reach. Beaut was a fantastic host she shared all her recommendations with us and was always ready to help and offer suggestions.

The apt is clean and neat. It feels like home. Everything you need is all in the house. The Netflix is already logged in for me to enjoy. But it can’t watch at the last day, it’s ok. The carpark is spacious. Parking space is wide enough, the building is newly built and everything is smart devices. The gym is not big but enough to use, steam is well functioning but not sauna. I didn’t have time to enjoy the swimming pool since the weather a bit windy. But the pool looks cool and surely chill!! Overall, it is well recommended to solo travellers. The place is convenient, nearby is 7-11 and KFC. I will definitely visit Chiang Mai again and book this stay again!!

Everything was perfect! A gorgeous view of the mountains which the sun set behind in the evening, and very secluded area meaning very peaceful and quiet. The location is absolutely adorable with coffee shops, markets, and shops. Lin is super friendly and communicative and she had great recommendations for chiang mai and instructions on check in and how to use the facilities in the apartment. I also cant believe the kindness that we got when we opened the refrigerator to a number of free waters, fizzy drinks, coffee pods for a coffee machine, tea, and snacks! We really wanted to stay longer but someone booked the room so we moved to another of Lin’s and are currently there now. Will review there at the end of our stay ☺️ overall great place to stay, highly recommend, we felt at home 🥰
