I truly enjoyed our stay! The house was immaculate, and the neighborhood was tranquil. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and a peaceful getaway!

We originally checked into a local hotel and weren’t satisfied. We found this listing on very short notice — and so glad we did. We were able to book us same day and worked to try and get us in a little early even though they had a check out that day. Very good communication with the management company. This house was very family friendly. The pool, the hot tub, the sport court/pickleball court were all great! There were clear instructions and good labeling. Smart TV in living room with all the apps. House was very clean and convenient. Several food places nearby and good access to highway and main roads. All the bedrooms are close together and house feels very spacious. Ceiling fans were great.

Madison was great to communicate with and it was a wonderful place to stay for our son's wedding.

It is our second time staying here and we loved it! Tony is a super great host and the home is so comfy. We love the pool and the fire pit! Great views and quiet area! we hope to be back!

Our family of 6 stayed for 6 nights and had the best time! House was cozy and came equipped with everything we needed for our trip. Home was in a great location. Host was responsive to my messages and ensured we got settled in and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay in this home again in the future.

Beautiful, modern home with phenomenal outdoor space and all the essentials! The house was clean, comfortable and we loved all of the available games (especially ping pong and cornhole) and the amenities inside and out. The outdoor space truly is the highlight - the pool, grill area, and the outdoor tv (great to stream tv or listen to music) were all perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. The neighborhood was quiet and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Kee was a proactive host and the information with photos and instructions was infinitely helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I brought a small group of leaders here for a leadership retreat and it was perfect! Not only did it comfortably sleep 8, it was in a beautiful community, super close to the downtown scene and a short road trip to Sedona- which we LOVED! The pool was absolutely perfect, there was an abundance of blankets & separate temp controls for the upstairs (which was GREATLY appreciated)! I told my hubby we need to come back for a family trip!

Very clean, quiet, decorated very cute. Had a lot of useful appliances and things Maybe get a keurig and need a 13x9 pan for baking but that’s all we really needed. No bugs, smelled good. Comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!! Thank you Barbara!!

We had a wonderful stay! Andrew's place is gorgeous and very well appointed. The location is great and very accessible to Tempe and Mesa. There are many thoughtful details, and the home is designed to make guests feel at home and have fun. Very highly recommended.

Pete and Victoria’s home was amazing, the stay was incredible, the house was comfy and relaxing. Downtown was only a few minutes away. Pete and Victoria are great host, very responsive, they took less than 10 minutes to answer! The house had everything we needed and more. We will definitely book again!!

Copper House was fantastic for our group. Has pretty much everything you would need and grocery store is 1 minute away if there’s something you need. Pool was great. Beds were very comfortable. Easy checkout w/o many asks of the guests. Would absolutely rent again.

I have stayed at many Airbnb's throughout the years - Maggies place is in the top 5 for me. The property is amazing - you will want for nothing here! The landscaping is fantastic and better than the photos. My guests and I felt like we were in a private J.W. Marriott. The thing I enjoyed most was sitting on the back patio/lanai area in the early morning, and listening to the sound of the water feature by the pool. This really IS a gem - if the dates work for you don't hesitate to book it! You will not be disappointed!

We stayed here for a few nights to go to a concert and enjoyed our stay so much! The area was nice and the home was exactly like the photos and the pool was a great addition to our stay.

It was so relaxing. We drank coffee and watched wildlife over the lake and golf course each morning. The smell of fresh cut grass from the beautifully groomed golf course fills the morning air. We rented the pontoon boat and enjoyed some fishing and puttering. A lovely place.

A great holiday weekend away! Took advantage of the pool each day, watching the birds and ducks and their antics. The house was exactly as advertised. Great location. Few miles away from Downtown Chandler. Great atmosphere and a wide variety to eat and drink. Carl was very responsive and accommodating which made our trip even better. Sometimes it’s challenging to stay at a new place when you have questions. Carl was quick to answer. Very appreciated. We’re anxious to return again.

We had a great stay at Cait and Kevin's place. There is so much space, everything feels new, and they've thought of every detail, especially in the kitchens and bathrooms. Laundry room with new washer and dryer, counter to fold clothes, and small ironing board and iron were great. And the coffee bar with coffee maker, French press, and Keurig provide amazing coffee and tea options. Snack basket was outstanding. Memory foam beds are very comfortable. Backyard space is perfect for relaxing outside. We very comfortably fit 5 of us in the main house. We were nervous at first about the guest house being so close, but we didn't hear those guests much at all. We love the solar powered heat pump/AC as well. Great stay, and we would definitely return.

Very nice place to stay. Worked well for us. It was very hot so we didn't spend much time outside, but did enjoy the patio one evening. Definitely was one of the better places we have stayed.

Holly was such a fantastic host. The place was exactly as described. We needed a place with few steps given my wife's recovery from a leg injury. It was ideal as there was only the step across the threshold to get in. The place was very clean, light, and ideal for our needs. Holly's communication was exemplary, from asking questions in advance of our booking through stay and for checkout instructions. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your property. This is my second trip to Chris's place and it was just as great as my first. When i was booking my trip i knew i wanted to stay here but he had no availability at the time so i sent him a message and he happily opened up just so we could stay there. I had questions after getting there and even though he was on vacation out of the country he still responded to them. Chris and his home are absolutely amazing!
