1.5 hours from Paris, between Verneuil sur Avre and Mortagne aux Perche, this bread oven is part of a beautiful 18th century farmhouse, from where Percheron pioneers left to create New France (Canada). In a green and relaxing setting, lovers of the countryside will appreciate the charm of this comfortable cottage, located on the edge of the Perche state forest, where there are many monasteries including the Notre Dame de la Trappe abbey. Beautiful houses, rivers and ponds.

L'Eure de Pause is a luxury, fully equipped 80 m² attic apartment that can accommodate up to 8 people. Private access via stairs leading to a large terrace with unobstructed views. Large living area. There are 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a large double bed, and the other has a large double bed and 2 single beds. There is an additional toilet. We are located in a small, quiet village, which is why noisy parties are not allowed. We have pets.

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
