Bison Farm - Cabin "Brisa"

Bison Farm cabin in a very secluded section toward the back side of a 300 acre working bison farm. This is a tiny home Park Model with 400 sq. ft. and a nice spacious covered deck providing an outdoor living room. The kitchen has a 2-burner induction cook-top, a convection oven that is also a microwave and a small refrigerator and freezer two drawer unit that has decent space but is not a full sized appliance. Note: bison rotate pastures daily. Please don't expect them in your cabin view.

Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

The spacious one bedroom yurt is located high on a forested hillside in the middle of 15+ acres. Come enjoy a natural and serene getaway with all the comforts of home- a full kitchen (ie, all utensils, setting for four), a bathroom with shower and laundry, a queen bedroom, and a queen foldout sofa in the living room by the wood burning stove. The windows roll up from the outside and have permanent screens inside. There is also a BBQ grill, a separate firepit, and WiFi via satellite.

“Stay Awhile” is a spacious walk out basement apartment in our home, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood minutes from Old Town Fredericksburg, University of Mary Washington, Fredericksburg Convention Center, FredNats baseball stadium, restaurants, shopping, historical sights, battlefields & Heritage Trail along the Rappahannock River. We have a walk/run/bike trail in our neighborhood and a tandem bike you may borrow. Enjoy our 82” TV and WIFI. We are 1 hr from DC & Richmond

The Inn at Dewberry. Our roomy studio apartment is located in a quiet friendly neighborhood just 4 miles from downtown historic Fredericksburg. For traveling medical personnel, Mary Washington Hospital is less than 4 miles away. Our area is rich in Civil War history with lots of great places to dine, shop, or catch a Fredericksburg National game at the ballpark. Close to I95 for a trip to Washington, DC (60 mi) or south to Richmond. Kitchenette but no stove. Microwave.
