A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Ideal house for Home Office, fishing, Loire-á-Vélo or a few days of calm. The enclosed courtyard overlooks the boat dock, the salon and the office have a splendid view of the Loire and the Ingrandes bridge. The house is located on the church square. The village has all the necessary shops. The Ingrandes train station leads directly to Angers and Nantes, and there is one bicycle available to travel around the village.

Very close to the Loire. Small cozy and bright studio house with mezzanine, separate entrance, enclosed garden not overlooked with terrace (garden furniture, ping-pong table). Equipped to take meals, linen provided with towels and bed sheets (bed made). Ideal for 2 people but possibility for 4 with the sofa bed. Please note that there is no TV or Wi-Fi (ideal for disconnecting and recharging😉).

Studio de la Baroud’ Family

Charmant studio de 24m2 entièrement neuf de plein pied. Il est situé dans notre maison, avec sa propre entrée. Il est également constitué d’un parking privatif ainsi que d’un extérieur donnant sur la vallée de la Loire. Nous sommes situé en haut de la course de côte qui se déroule 2fois par an à la Pommeraye, à 25min d’Angers, à 30min de Terra Botanica, à 1h du Puy du Fou et 1h de Nantes.
