Welcome to the beauty of our small hamlet called Savanat, in the commune of Abjat sur Bandiat, situated in the Perigord Vert region of the Dordogne. The nearest main town is Nontron with all the large Supermarkets and amenities. The nearest Airport is Limoges, which around an hours drive away and is a RyanAir route. Please be advised that our swimming pool will remain closed during the winter period and will only be open for guest use from the 15th of April 2026 until 20th of October 2026.

With lots of terraces, a swimming pool, an orchard. This is a place for living outdoors and for people who appreciate the charm of old houses. IMPORTANT: The house is not suitable for toddlers or for young children left unsupervised. Mobile phones don't always work, but there is wifi.
