This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)

You will find dairy products (milk, butter, cheese, cream, dishes) in the neighboring farm.

Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Professional or guest, you are welcome on Limoges. The 20 m2 accommodation is on the first floor with independent access. 9 min walk from the train station, 17 min walk from the city center, close to the Zenith and the Highway, (Giant casino at 50m, with bakery, pharmacy, …).
