80 m2 house with one floor 1.5 km from the village, 5 minutes from the A28, 15 minutes from Le Mans and the circuit. On the ground floor, large room with equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher), table and sofa (convertible). Upstairs, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed. One with 2 beds of 80 with possibility of making a bed of 160. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The exterior is shared with our residential house. Our dog is free in the yard and loves to be petted.

The sofa also converts to a bed.

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. This old barn has been transformed into a house by a couple of architects and landscapers. It is located near the village of La Perrière, just a few minutes' walk from the Bellême Forest. On the edge of a charming hamlet, you can enjoy an unobstructed view and absolute calm.
