Fabulous time in a beautiful location! Natalie was very easy to communicate with and made sure our stay went flawlessly! Would rent again!

The Capri Villa was a beautiful place to stay in Turks (Provo). This was our third time to Turks in recent years and we were definitely impressed by the villa and by the SulMare team. Overall, communications were excellent and the team proved flexible and personable in their approach. They were helpful in ways that were not required but were deeply appreciated given a variety of entirely unrelated challenges we experienced with our trip. Capri itself is the middle of three SulMare villas on Sapodilla Bay beach. The beach is beautiful and the villas are in the far corner, with some privacy from others staying on other properties and the jet skis and vendors at the far end of the beach. The villa itself is exactly as pictured -- beautiful views, particularly from the upstairs bedroom and balcony (even the shower!) but also from the living room / kitchen downstairs and patio / pool. The beach is steps away, calm, and lovely. We'll definitely have fond memories of our visit to Capri!

Absolutely loved this beautiful Airbnb!!! The location was amazing as it’s the last home on a little hill and the views over look the gorgeous Turtle Cove area of Grace bay beach. The pool was beautiful and relaxing, we used it daily as well as the second sitting area in the back side of the house. Furnishings were nice throughout and kitchen was more than adequately stocked. Christina recommended local dining options and we enjoyed several on her list. She also recommended a kayak trip through the mangroves with Surfside Ocean Academy, incredible experience with our guide Morgan-highly recommend checking this out! Thank you Christina for being such a wonderful host and would not hesitate to book again if ever in Turks and Caicos!

COCODEMER, THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BE! WE FELT WE WERE LIVING IN A TROPICAL VILLA AS YOU SEE IN MOVIES! David and Amanda’s home is truly fantastic- a hidden gem. We greatly enjoyed our stay! – Steady cross breeze , vaulted ceilings! Furnishings & Decorations are VERY impressive ! Huge screened in covered porch overlooking a beautiful pool. Comfy seating on the porch & a large dining table for outdoor meals, we greatly enjoyed. The kitchen is well stocked – it had everything we needed and more. Bedrooms are excellent – each with their own bathroom. Very comfortable beds. The pool is beautiful, surrounded with Palms Trees , concrete deck & chairs for lounging . Marvelous property within a short walk to the amazing Grace Bay and Leeward beaches. An oasis in the middle of paradise! Quiet location! David and Amanda are the quintessential hosts! David is always reachable with an excellent response time! We will be back for several years to come! thank you David & Amanda !

I’ve stayed at many places and this was by far my favorite house. There is a gorgeous view from every room. We used the kayaks and paddle board and the water was perfect for my 11 and 12 year old to swim and we saw fish! Las Brisa’s restaurant is down the street with amazing food all day, gas station close with everything you need, and Chalkies delivers yummy food to the house. The house is private and has parking and amazing air condition. 3 bathrooms and omg the pool was incredible with the changing lights. We really didn’t even need to leave this house and if I ever go back I will stay here again.

We travel to Turks & Caicos a lot and Melissa home was truly a gem. Melissa home is in private peaceful location and the description was very accurate according to what’s listed on Airbnb. Her communication was on point as well. When, we return to the islands we would book her home again.

I recently stayed at this gorgeous Airbnb in Turks and Caicos, and it was an amazing experience. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt like a home away from home. Every morning, I enjoyed my coffee on the patio, overlooking the ocean and watching the turtles swim—a truly peaceful way to start the day. Breakfast on the patio was a highlight, with breathtaking views and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The pool and beach area were cleaned daily, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The location was also perfect, with other stunning beaches just a short distance away. To top it all off, the weather was absolutely perfect, making our trip even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a serene, well-kept place to stay in Turks and Caicos, I highly recommend this Airbnb. I can’t wait to return!

We loved Wesley & Tatum’s place! Everything was beautiful and the backyard is amazing and huge. We recommend getting a rental car or a reliable taxi service to get around such as traveling to Grace Bay. It’s a very secluded and private home. The views from the 2nd floor is amazing. Also, the hosts were very accommodating with us checking in early and checking out late!

Outstanding property in Turks and Caicos located very close to the beach. The host, Mandy, was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this property!

This property was so clean and beautiful. I had high expectations going there because of the pictures and videos I had seen but it was even beautiful in person. The host, Simon came to introduce himself and was very nice. They were very responsive, I mean very responsive. They only took about 1-3 minutes to respond to you whenever you chat with them through the guest portal. Check in was smooth as well as check out. My husband and I felt like the only ones on the property as it was very private and that was the main reason why we chose white villas. My husband didn’t wanna leave at the end of the stay because of how comfortable he got. We had an amazing stay overall and will definitely come back

The home is clean and fully functional. The exterior door opens to an outdoor courtyard with grill and Adirondack chairs that overlooks the pool. Proceeding straight is the french doors into the kitchen and dining area with a full bathroom, that steps down into the living area with beautiful views. There's a balcony with steps down to the pool area with seating, and steps down to the laundry room under the balcony. Down more steps and along a path was the dock, water entry, and the 2 SUPs and kayak. There was no shade over the upper deck during our stay, which was ok. There was a beach umbrella that we used instead, and there were also 4 beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, floats, a cooler, etc. to use when desired. Upstairs from the courtyard were the 2 bedrooms each with full bathrooms. Though daytime temps were 82 degrees, we turned the air conditioning off and used the louvered windows and ceiling fans for the duration of our stay. The host is very gracious and we would return.

Host was a great communicator and we felt very comfortable!

This property was perfect for our first but not last to Turks where you are living in paradise! We especially enjoyed the pool and hanging chairs. Brady was extremely easy to work with. You will absolutely need a car or make friends with a taxi company which worked great for us and felt like we had a personal driver. We did pre-negotiate our fee with him because taxis are expensive. Kitchen is not really set-up for cooking too much but there is a lovely Weber grill. Highly recommend this beach house! Beds were super comfy.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is so cozy and comfortable. Very spacious, clean, and great lighting. The space allotted for the Airbnb on the beach (chairs and umbrella) was to die for!!! Breathtaking!!! I’ve never seen such a beautiful beach ever. The place is 100 feet from Cocovan and Cocobistro and a 10 minute walk into town. Brian was an amazing host. Extremely hospitable ,helpful, and nice. He made the stay pleasant. Highly recommend the Airbnb, very well located and has everything you could need (even a water cooler which was a total plus)!!!! I will return for next time.

I can’t speak highly enough our stay at this villa. The pictures really don’t do it justice and I would’ve stayed longer if I could! The backyard is absolutely breathtaking and I would say that this was probably my favorite stay/trip of all time. Thank you so much.

Pros: - Beautiful and clean villa. - Nice swimming pool (although we didn't use it because you want to use all the beautiful beaches during the day, and during the night the pool water was too cold for us – I wish it was heated) - Great beach stuff available (5 foldable chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, kid toys, ...) - Good host. We never met them but they were responsive on the app. - Not far from the airport. Only a 10-15min drive - maybe even less without traffic. - Big size. While the kid was asleep upstairs, we could watch TV downstairs. - Their TV supported Apple TV so we could easily connect a laptop and mirror the screen. - Private and quiet. Although at nights you could hear music a bit in the upstairs bathroom. I think there is a club or something not too far. Cons: - The location is not walkable at all. It's in a dead end and you have to drive on the highway to go anywhere. - Expensive. But everything on the island is expensive. A similar villa in Mexico would be less than half

The villa was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the yoga mat and weights for daily exercise routine. There are Smart TV’s in bedrooms to catch up on your Netflix programs and a regular TV with cable stations in the main room. The pool was wonderful, clean, refreshing. Lots of white, plush bath towels and beach towels in lovely bathroom areas in both bedrooms. We love the Leeward location because it is quiet and off the beaten path yet easy to access downtown and Grace Bay Beach. A rental car is necessary. Pelican Beach is a quick drive away or an easy walk. The beach is absolutely beautiful with awesome sunsets … My husband and I had a wonderful, restful vacation in this well appointed villa. Rochelle was easily reachable to answer questions and responded promptly.

Perfect villa!!! Was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures!! Loved the privacy of the villa will definitely stay here every time I come to the island!! Perfect way to spend a birthday trip!!

Beautiful house! Met the needs of our party of 4. Hosts were great communicators and provided useful recommendations. Transportation is expensive. Essentially a $100 roundtrip most places. A few excursion hosts provide roundtrip transportation. They are pretty accommodating. I recommend having the airbnb location pinpointed on google maps when traveling from airport to airbnb. They did not know where villa was located so the gps was necessary. Most likely will be first stop as grace bay is located further out. Nonetheless, had an amazing stay!

Paradise Perfection!! We had a fantastic stay at Tim and Stephanie’s home…”Beach Please Villa” The house has a perfect layout to accommodate our 6 adults. It was an easy walk to the beach and close to anything we needed. Tim and Stephanie answered our questions quickly which made everything so easy. We had a perfect stay in paradise. Highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay at the Sugar Kube. The location was easy to find. We were met when we arrived and given a thorough introduction. The host stayed on touch daily to offer support as needed. The beach is easy to find through a short pathway. Lots or room in the sand to set up our beach chairs that were provided. The shore line is rocky but there are several easy access points for a swim. There are lots of fish and turtles to watch from shore and to snorkel with. The Sugar Kube has a well equipped kitchen, living areas, bathroom amenities and outdoor sitting areas. We enjoyed our meals at the dining table outside everyday. We would love to return again. Thank you!

Ms Pam's home was amazing!!! She was very kind and SUPER responsive!!!! I would definitely stay there or another of her properties AGAIN. I do encourage you to rent a car or have a dedicated driver if you plan to take adventures or site see. This home is in a beautiful private neighborhood that ours amazing solitude and safety, but getting around can be difficult with out arranged transportation. Ms Pam providing many taxi and rental car resources for us and we would have been lost with our her! I can not say enough nice thinga about her and this property. JUST BOOK IT

The host representative was amazing. The information provided prior to arrival was well worth the read. Clear communication and solid description. This is our 5th island and we airbnb or vrbo every time and the host and representative left no doubt about what we were going to experience.

We love Neptune Villas at Las Brisas. We have stayed there for 3 consecutive years and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. Kayaks for the morning adventures in the sound, incredible food at the restaurant on site, amazing plunge pool, washer and dryer and ac make this the perfect place for our family
