Normally I should write a bad review that I could keep Seamus (James) and his apartment as a secret. But then I would tell lies cos there is nothing bad to tell neither about the apartment and the great location nor about Seamus as a great host. If you ever dreamed of a VIP vacation with concierge service just go there and I think Seamus will top your expectations. No matter what you might ask him for he will answer within minutes or appear in person. Could not be any better or friendlier he is an absolutely gem. I NEVER had a more pleasant stay in many years of traveling. Thanks for everything and the more you gave to us.

What you see is what you get. You will definitely get your moneys' worth.

The Mantra studio apartment was thoughtfully equipped with everything you might require for a long stay. It was clean and modern, the bed was comfy, it came with a nice big fridge and huge Smart TV, good air con. The pool was always clean and refreshing. I did feel the apartment presented smaller than the pictures and if I have any criticism at all it was the shower. It was small with no screens, so water went everywhere and there was no hot water pressure. It was dismal. This became increasingly frustrating over a month, as I tried to wash my long hair. The Mantra staff however were all excellent, particularly Lucy. Thank you for everything guys. I also enjoyed the on-site cafe and their club sandwiches!

The place is home away from home. We had peaceful and happy time there. I only took a star from the location because the condo entrance is at the large curve of the road which drivers need to be more careful entering or exiting. Actually I think the net covered your very large balcony somehow diminished both the view and the overall ambiance of the sea but it's totally understandable with the nice furnitures at the balcony to be protected from the birds. Our stay was very pleasant. Thank you.

It was very nice and clean. The location is very close to the beach. If you rent a motorcycle, it's easy to get anywhere.

Nice place with kitchen, two bedrooms, and A/C in every room with Netflix on the TV. Nice bakery downstairs and right next to the beach. The only downside is that it is isolated. If you don't have a car, it's hard to get around and there isn't much in the neighborhood.

You pay What you get. Perfect distance to the beach.

Beautiful place by the sea. The beach is clean and private. It's easy to find something to eat. Rooms are clean.

Really nice place to stay, child friendly ,clean and comfortable condo . everything to your requirements within walking distance. we would definitely opt for this again and anybody looking for good place to stay ,this is for you ...

Alex is really a nice host. The first day, he drove to take us to the apartment. And he helped us as possible as he could. The apartment is just like a home, having many things we need. Thank you, Alex.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months. We had a great time there. Specially we really like spending time on beautiful rooftop. Also we enjoyed pool in the afternoon. ※In the afternoon, the pool is in the shade so you can enjoy it without worrying about getting sunburned. We didn't have any problems during our stay. They cleaned the AC filter before our stay. AC is really working well. They installed new washing machine. ※No need to go to the laundromat, you can wash your clothes at home. Also there is a vacuum cleaner, bloom and mop. You can keep the room clean on your own. Internet speed is high. You can work from home without any Internet problems.

Kaps Mountain condo was the perfect place to relax. The local beach is a few minutes walk & was lovely & clean. The pool is lovely & you can look across the tree tops to the ocean whilst swimming. Lots of other interesting places to visit in the area. Knitpa not only helped me with transport from the airport but also during my stay. Nothing was too much trouble. If you want peace & tranquility away from busy then I can highly recommend Knitpas place. Also her driver Pol & his wife Kaew were amazing. Thank you Knitpa

Everything is fine. Fast Internet. Quiet and calm. Beautiful sea view. I would like to come back to William's apartment someday if the opportunity arises.

her two bedroom condo is very nice and comfortable I had just about everything needed for our stay, I wish there was a microwave. besides that my wife and I had a very lovely day

Lovely, modern well-equipped condo with lift. Fantastic rooftop infinity pool with beautiful sea view. The condo is close to good restaurants with a mix of Thai and western food. Management company is helpful and friendly, we rented a scooter from them and they organised a taxi for our onward travel. Great location to experience an authentic Thai holiday destination, especially during Songkran. It's useful to hire a scooter or car for exploring points of interest further afield and to reach amenities such as banks, if you need to change money. There are no money exchange kiosks in the local area but there are ATMs. The Grand Blue Resort next to the condo allow access to their pool (with comfy sunloungers, parasols, sauna and bar/restaurant) for 200 baht per person per day.

Alexey,thanks for the hospitality. My two kids and I were very cozy and your apartment where we stayed for a month. Everything is clean, several sets of bed linen,towels,tableware, my daughter appreciated the play station))) and also special thanks for the constant communication and help in matters of "where is the store,market", "where to go'etc. Condo is in a quiet and peaceful place)))) our family fell in love with Thailand))) thank you again!!!!

Pakkhawan is just a wonderful host and person first of all, just really kind and cares about people. Her place is absolutely new and so nice. I wish every place was this nice. Pool, gym, sauna awesome, location terrific. I haven't stayed at such a nice place like this in a long time. And the bed is the best bed I've layed on in all of Thailand so far. If you have been roughing it and need a break, this is the place.

This place is authentic cosy hideaway which gives us a real privacy and comforts. It is good for family to spend time together in a comfortably spacious & clean place equipped with sufficient amenities. This room provides panoramic scenery of both sea and mountain views. Thanks to Monica and Bob, our hosts who are really friendly, kind, and very helpful.

Very nice apartment, cleaning and even breakfast included in the price. Always within easy reach. There was nothing to complain about. Gladly come back 💕

I spent 22 days in this apartment it was perfect. You have the shopping center 2 min away the rooftop pool a gym. Perfect for one person I didn't try as a couple but I think it's fine too! Small important point I advise you to have a scooter or a car because otherwise you have to walk 30 minutes to go to the beach! Thanks to the host who answered my questions! I would recommend this place and this city.
