Characterful house in the heart of a 45-hectare park

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Above the bathroom, you will find a small attic bedroom accessible only via a large ladder, and therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Many activities are available around the house: a greenway just 100 meters away, walks, cultural visits, water and horse riding activities, shopping, etc. Located 40 km from Tours and le Mans.

We are a farmer-baker, the farm is located 3 minutes from the cottage, you can pick up your bread at the farm and taste wine at our winegrower friends.

Perfect for two people, two others can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which is comfortable. A boat with electric motor, two kayaks and a paddleboard are also available.
