I had a fantastic experience staying at The Whistling Cottage under Airbnb. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with all the essentials provided. The location was perfect, away from any traffic noise, in the midst of nature. The beds were very comfortable, and the ambiance of the place made it feel like a true home away from home. The hospitality and service extended by Raj (Cook) and Bipin (house keeper) were really admirable. The food cooked was superb and made us feel so at-home. A few standout features for me were: 1. Excellent service and good homely food 2. A well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals 3. Quiet neighborhood with a lovely view I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ramgarh, Uttarakhand, whether for a short trip or a longer stay. This was my first homestay experience, and I found this gem! It was super chill and peaceful, plus close to all the cool spots. The hosts were so warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Definitely recommend it for anyone heading to Nainital! Can’t wait to come back!

The cottage was just as described perched above the main road in a gated society of other cottages. The hosts were kind enough to accommodate us earlier than the check in time. We had most of our meals at the cottage made by the cook Meetika which was tasty. We hired a car daily for our outings and ended up seeing sattal, naukuchiatal, bhimtal and few other attractions. The location is close to few cafes as well such as Iheart, zoobys but need a car to reach it as walking down the main road is not advisable due to speeding cars. Overall a good stay. Weather was very pleasant too! Thank you for the hospitality.
