This property was amazing! We were 7 guys in hua hin to play golf and the house accommodated us really well. 7 bedrooms, great pool and garden. Staff were extremely friendly and great cooks too! Will def come back!

Our stay at Deepak's was great. From the moment we arrived, we felt very much at home. The condo was exactly as described in the listing and the photos accurately represent the beautiful condo. The lazy river swimming pool is massive and we enjoyed walking through and exploring the resort and seeing the beautiful homes and lush tropical foliage. The fact that is is next door to the Hua Hin Sheraton Resort & Spa only enhances its appeal. The Sheraton is a beautiful resort with great amenities and a great beach to enjoy as well. We loved Deepak's place and cannot wait to return!

We had a wonderful time at this luxury villa ! We just had to ask Aud of Gladys if it was taken care of. Pool was very clean! It was thoroughly cleaned twice a week. Very nice big green garden. We'd love to come back ! Thank you very much !

The apartment exceeded our expectations. The building manager Mud met us at the arrival and she has been always very attentive to our needs and requests. You can have a weekly cleaning of the house for 250baht or a Massager coming to you! The swimming pool is always clean and safe. The beach is great and 1 step away from the apartment! The house was clean and reflected exactly what you see in the pictures (even better). Only “downside” is that you only have 2 fires to cook and tiny so sometimes you have to cook one thing at the time. We had a car so we could Easley navigate the surrounding and in less than 10min you have big supermarkets. Great place for families with kids. We definitely suggest this place!

We had an amazing time staying at Pooky’s place! We spent about 4 days here and found it perfect! The area is super beautiful with tons of restaurant options and just a quick walk to the beach. The grounds are lovely and everything was better than we expected! Absolutely adored our time here and would definitely recommend!

I had a very pleasant time in Hua Hin! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, well equipped and in a perfect location. Everything worked smoothly, from communication to the key exchange. We had an absolutely incredible stay at this private villa. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a hidden paradise—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and designed for total relaxation. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with every amenity we could possibly need. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for group of people enjoy. The surrounding area was quiet with lot of Todd’s sounds. The host maid was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

A wonderful and Thai authentic Villa. Right next to the 8th hole, looking over the lake.. Beautiful pool and a very nice outdoor space. 3 Very nice bedrooms. Perfect communication with the owner will recommend her to everybody.

We are a family of 10 pax with elderly and young kids. The host place was spacious and that gives everyone their own space and personal bathroom. The indoor swimming pool was also fabulous! The host prepared plenty of mineral water for us which last us more than our stay. The fruits and welcome cake were also a pleasant surprise! Overall, its a great place to chill for a holiday! Thumbs up.

Our second stay at Orawan 's villa. Our previous review still stands with one exception, we know Orawan more now. Orawan is the most understanding, responsive host. The villa has everything you could need, the housekeeper is very attentive and keeps the villa fresh and clean. Orawan is on hand to help with any queries, or concerns. Opposite the villa is a good restaurant and big pool. Can highly recommend this villa, having a great host makes the world of difference.

The place is clean. It is about 20-30 minutes away from Hua Hin city. If there is traffic, it will take a little time, but overall it is comfortable. It is suitable for tourists who come as a family.

Nong is a great hostess! Even before the trip, she inquired about us and gave tips. The house really is lovely and cozy. We particularly liked the idyllic garden. It is pleasantly quiet and the accommodation is more central than the pictures suggested. Thank you for a lovely stay in Hua Hin, Nong! A small suggestion on our part: sliding curtains for the door to make you feel more private in the evening:-)

Although it is not in the Hua Hin area, the single-family villa is suitable for an old and small house, there may be activities in the next building singing until late every day, the door closed is not very disturbed, order delivery can be added some tip, otherwise far away is easy to be discarded, the rest is perfect

Rinyarat’s house was so nice for our month long getaway! It was pet friendly which was a huge plus for us because we have 2 small dogs. The yard was perfect for them, fully fenced in. There were bikes we could use to ride to the beach which was about a half mile away or to the clubhouse which had 2 pools and a gym. The house had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place in Cha Am near the beach. It would be best to have your own car because it is a bit of a drive to get to restaurants. Grab & Food Panda both deliver to the house.

This is the third time we've stayed at one of Oyvind's properties. Both of his properties are in the same development and this was the first time we'd stayed at this property. As previously the property was well maintained as were the facilities and amenities. The villa is located in nice quiet chilled out development. There are enough local shops and restaurants located in walking distance If want to stay local Ordering food in is easy using the local apps we never had any issues. Also transport to the main town is easily accessible by local apps or the villa contact. Thanks Oyvind see you next year 🙂

This place is as advertised. Clean, comfy and in a quiet location with gated security. Beautiful accomodations and pool. Would definetly reccomend this place and this host.

Beautiful and affordable place. Perfect retreat for a group or a family. House was spacious and offered plenty of comfort. It also has a large outside area with the pool. Host was helpful and always responsive. Only few hundred meters from the beach, surrounded by good restaurants. Plenty of markets around with local and foreign foods and all kind of products, just 10 minute drive away.

Lovely views. Peaceful environment. Helpful staff at reception. Great places to eat.

We really enjoyed our stay. The management of the complex is very strict and ensures that rules and cleanliness are maintained. The pools and garden are cleaned throughout the day. Within walking distance along the beach, there are 2-3 restaurants. The nearest café and supermarket are 10 minutes away. The landlord responded very quickly and reliably.

Great place for large extended family vacation. Good location, huge property & pool. Ideal for families with kids! Chanat is a great host, very quick to reply and helpful. Kitchen could use a few more appliances and utensils and a bigger fridge, given the size of the property. Some maintenance is needed for drains and aircon, but managed to make it work for our stay. The chemicals used to maintain the pool made our swimsuits green, but think it will come out in the wash. Overall a great family stay!

This listing is an excellent and economic option for a family to stay. The property has all the facilities that you could need. There's off street parking on the driveway for one large vehicle. Also a communal garden area with a large swimming pool, which is not busy as there are not too many houses with access. Chris is a very responsive host, he made us feel welcome and explained the check-in procedure well. Within a 5 minutes drive there are some great coffee shops, restaurants, local convenience stores as well as 7-11s. Overall we had a great stay!

What a great place to stay. Definitely would come back.
