We stayed for 6 people for 3 days. Mr. Fatih and his family were very helpful in everything. The house was quite clean and had all the items we needed. It is a great advantage that it is very close to the center and the beaches, as well as the location where the house is located is a calm neighborhood. “An Absolutely Delightful Stay – Highly Recommended!” I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this lovely Airbnb. The place was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and just as depicted in the photos. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals, and the bathroom was sparkling clean—I especially appreciated the fresh towels and thoughtful toiletries. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly communicative and accommodating. Check-in was seamless, and they shared helpful local tips (like the best cafés and hidden gems nearby), which made my stay feel special. Communication was prompt and friendly, too—exactly what you want from a host. The location was perfect: quiet and relaxing, yet just a short walk or drive from restaurants, shops, and attractions. First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Orhan's brother, Mr. Emre, who took care of us. She was very friendly and warm. She was interested and relevant. The location of the house is very nice and a one-to-one place to relax. Everything we wanted was available at home. It felt like our own home. I really highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place like this.

Perfect in every way. It’s 5/5 in every way. Perfect friendly resourceful host; clean and beautiful house; nice views from balconies; amazing big private front yard with lots of trees; extremely quite peaceful place; close to many restaurants and shopping areas; etc. I would give 6 out of 5 if I could. Me and my wife and 3 kids (16, 14, 7 years) enjoyed it so much that we will come back for sure. I don’t write such reviews for every Airbnb I go to.

Place was very clean and close to the market. 10 minutes walking to Cesme Market. Mücahit was very friendly and Responsive! Everything was great. I’ll recommend this place for your Vacation stay!

It is possible to park in a quiet place, it is possible to park around the house, 4-5 minutes by car to the bazaar and places to the places, the house price was very good in terms of performance, it would be even better if a little more attention was paid to the maintenance of the garden, we stayed 8 people, there are all kinds of electronics in the house, we were very satisfied

The house was much bigger than it looked, the size of the garden and pool was very ideal. Very suitable for large groups or families. We parked our car easily. One of the best houses you will experience on airbnb. A location in the middle of all the important beaches in the best neighborhood of Çeşme. The house is better than it looks in the photos and has all the facilities. If you are going to Çeşme and looking for a place to stay in, you can stay without hesitation.

Ms. Şehriban was a really good host, she answered our questions immediately, made it easy for us to enter and exit the house, the amenities of the house were as seen in the pictures. The house was magnificent, in a quiet neighborhood. We provided very easy transportation to Alaçatı with a 10-12 minute drive. The house was clean with everything we needed. The only thing I need to add is that when everyone takes a shower at the same time, the water doesn't get hot, but if you take it one by one, there's no problem. I would recommend it to anyone as a great place for a weekend getaway or for long vacations. The host was very caring, he responded to every message immediately, thank you again.

It was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed in. The house was really clean, the furniture was brand new and tastefully furnished. The pool, garden, barbecue area, every corner was enjoyable. It was also a great advantage that its location was very close to both Alaçatı and the beaches. But what made this experience so special was Mr. Evren's interest and kindness. He took care of every detail and made us feel at home. It's really lucky to come across such hosts. We would prefer it again with our eyes closed, and we sincerely recommend it to everyone.

This was one of my best Airbnb stays ever! The house itself is gorgeous and was immaculate. The kitchen was stocked with all cookware needed to prepare meals. It is amazing that each room is equipped with its own restroom. Halil met us upon arrival and was responsive, helpful, and generous throughout our stay. Great space and communication

This holiday we went as a family was definitely a good experience. It has a clean, stylish, peaceful, calm atmosphere. Details such as linens and kitchenware were clean. The pool and garden were very well-maintained. It made us feel comfortable, it gave us the details we were looking for. Mr. Yakup's communication was very pleasant and professional. I may have only two minor suggestions: First, one of the double beds was a little worn and creaked quite a bit. This affected the comfort of the accommodation. Renovation will increase the value of the house. Secondly, it would be nice to have a few small but much-needed details in the kitchen, such as a few packets of tea, coffee, and a small salt shaker. Such thoughtful touches can make the stay feel more special and complete. Overall, we were very happy, thank you.

Our family of 8 really loved the property. It is perfectly located, where you are close to restaurants but it is still very quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we spent most of our time outside on patio area. It was just perfect. We are already discussing dates to visit next year

We had a lovely stay. Good location, nice facilities such as the swimming pool and two bathrooms, top location within walking distance of the city center. Quiet environment. Communication with the host went smoothly. A very welcoming and friendly host.

Second time staying at a home hosted by Furkan. This place is brand new, beautifully furnished, very spacious with every amenity you could want. We all had our own private space, with the ability to gather together in the large living area, outside front seating are or down near the pool. The lower leave near pool has kitchen are worn fridge, etc so you have do need to go up and down stairs when relaxing by pool. Would stay again and recommend to those wanting to be close to all that Alicati has to offer without the traffic or noise. Was a quick drive or short walk to alicati city center.
