You can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The villa has all the furniture and items needed for a pleasant holiday. Hair dryer is also available in each room. You can enjoy the landscape in the Balinese style with a private pool in the garden. There are two terraces with seating sets, sun loungers and a dining table and a space for your every need and enjoyment.

Enjoy luxury and simplicity in this centrally located home. Our house is 900 meters to Alaçatı bazaar. We would love to welcome you to our home, which we have carefully decorated with my interior designer wife. Our house is in a very peaceful place as well as being centrally located. You can comfortably enjoy view due to the opening in front. It is within walking distance of Alaçatı bazaar and the front of the house is clear where you can easily park your car. There is air conditioning in each of our rooms.

A private pool is surrounded by well-maintained gardens and outdoor furniture. Comfortable loungers are arranged beside the water, offering relaxation options. An umbrella provides shade over the seating area, and large windows in the background reveal the modern structure of the villa.

From the living area you can access the spacious terrace with its own 10m pool and of course a barbecue. As it appears in the images, we did not have any problems, only Google Maps brought us to the wrong place. The iPhone's normal maps take you to the exact address. It had a great view, it was very quiet. There are cooking utensils at home. We were very pleased. I plan to come again.

Lüx 2+1 loft residence

It was a truly peaceful accommodation experience in the comfort of home. All the details are thought out to the finest detail; the cleanliness, tidiness and the warm atmosphere of the house immediately embrace you. If you want to feel at home in a quiet and calm environment, this is the place for you. The host was also extremely caring and welcoming. It can be preferred with peace of mind, I can't wait to come back. :)

Ms. Semiha and her family were very helpful. The house is close to the center of Alaçatı in a place with no parking problems very close to the markets. The pool is clean and comfortable because it is in a location that is not more visible than the surroundings. It's a very nice option for vacation with the family. Highly recommend. the house was in a very calm neighborhood, there is a monopoly within walking distance, it takes a long time to get to the center of Alaçatı on foot, but if you have a car, the transportation is convenient, the hosts were very sweet and interested, we did not feel any discomfort, thank you.
