Charming and spacious 2 bedroom cottage with pool.

Located in the Anjou wine region, this rustic 100m2 cottage equipped with all modern amenities is part of an old winegrowers property called 'Closerie Les Roches' that includes two other cottages. We are close to charming villages and towns such as Montreuil-Bellay and Saumur. Visit local wineries, explore famous Loire valley castles, visit the award-winning Doué-la-Fontaine zoo or just stroll among the vines right outside the property. We also offer dinner for our guests twice a week.

Le Ruault: Poplar House (Loire Valley)

Le Ruault is close to the chateaux of the Loire valley and plenty of excellent vineyards. A tranquil space in which to relax and breathe, great for couples, families and big groups (when rented with Orchard Cottage). Poplar House sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms (1 double bedroom; the other three can all be set up as a large double or two singles). There are 7 acres (2.5 hectares) of grounds to relax in, including an outdoor pool (shared with Orchard Cottage and heated mid-May to mid-September).

Rose Barn offers a peaceful escape with all the comforts of home, as well as a large, private heated pool (open May-Sept. weather permitting). Featuring two bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates 5 people but a roll bed can be added for a 6th. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, private parking, a fenced garden and games area with a barbecue and outdoor seating under a hangar. The blend of rustic charm and modern amenities makes this property an ideal retreat for any season.

Very quiet and bucolic environment, two kilometers from the center of Brissac and 15 minutes from the center of Angers. Authentic tuffeau and slate farmhouse, in a charming environment, with an area of 85 m2 with private terrace.

As a couple, with family or friends, escape to Anjou and enjoy a typical and unique experience by renting this troglo in the heart of Doué-la-Fontaine, close to shops, restaurants and tourist sites! Explore the Bioparc (the only troglo zoo in the world, no less), the village of Louresse-Rochemenier, the Cadre-Noir, not to mention the unforgettable Loire and its Châteaux and many other sights. Former stables of a 19th century manor house, the building, completely renovated, includes: Ground floor, a large living room with fitted kitchen opening onto the terrace that gives access to the garden and pool. Bathroom and toilet. 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet. Ideal place to relax around the pool or visit the region rich in fun and cultural activities.
