Very neat, clean apartment, great location, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, nice view and well located. Felipe is a 7/7, responds quickly, resolves issues on time and with a very good attitude. 100% recommended!

The apartment is just like the photos, it has everything for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The best thing is the balcony view. In addition, check-in is super easy and communication is very fluid on the part of the tenants. The environment is beautiful and very quiet and safe. I would come back a thousand times.

The best, super quiet long weekend fun, amazing to rest and recharge batteries, you can sleep and wake up with the view of the beach and the sound of the waves. More than good for a couple. Also close to local restaurants and close to vineyards. I would definitely return.

It was the best choice for a first experience in Valparaíso; the hosts communicated with us very quickly and were always willing to answer any questions. They were very friendly and their concern for delivering a pleasant experience for us was evident. The place complied with everything that is indicated in the notice and is very cozy and tidy, but best of all were the views from the balconies, which were just beautiful. I thank Marcia and Claudio very much for everything and I hope to return sometime.

Carlos's instructions were clear and he was always available if we needed anything. Check-in was very simple and there was no problem with the accommodation. It has many extra things that are useful for spending time (such as board games, books, etc.), it is very close to the beach and located in a very nice area of Viña. The only thing (which is not Carlos's fault, in fact he helped us book the pool) is that if you want to use the pool, come for several days and plan well, since we booked in a hurry and it just happened to be the day they were going to clean it. Other than that, I would return to the apartment, excellent for couples🥰.

Very well located apartment, perfect for our 3 days in Valparaíso. Secure private parking is a real plus, especially in this area. The duplex is comfortable and well-equipped, everything works perfectly. Responsive host, who offers a map of recommended addresses in the accommodation. 100% recommended

Nice house with spectacular panoramic views. Good location with connectivity to exit towards Viña del Mar or Concón. The facilities are very comfortable inviting to rest, a good read or just enjoy the scenery. 100% recommended. Very concerned and friendly host to provide any help that is needed.

We stayed for a week at Lorena’s, and felt like we could’ve stayed longer! The place is about a 15 minute walk from Cerro Concepcion/alegre. We used the laundry (a washer and dryer combo) with no problems, and WiFi was fast. Lorena was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not to mention the beautiful view we had from the balcony. Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would definitely come back!
