I really enjoyed my weekend stay here in Belmont. The location is absolutely perfect with lots of good food and drinks around. The house was super clean and looked even better in person. Loved the location on the peninsula. We were able to walk to the beach, to restaurants and really enjoyed being able to use the rooftop deck. Beds were super comfortable and the place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very helpful also to have the garage for our car and e-bikes since parking is such a challenge in that area. Appreciated our host being available for any questions on arrival and throughout our stay. Hope to visit again!

House is located in such a quiet part of town and only a short commute to the beach/harbor/anything fun we wanted to do. The spa and pool were a perfect plus to our stay. I will definitely be coming back

We visited this property and hated leaving it for our LA activities. The house itself is a destination worth visiting. The property was very retro feeling and made me imagine famous 70s movie stars partying here long ago. The views are spectacular and make you California dream. We will be back!

The casita was just right for the 3 of us, our dog included. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we were able to walk our dog. The bed was super comfortable and there was enough prep space for meals in the small kitchen. Liz was super helpful when I inquired about a request for our pet. Lovely spot, we would stay again! This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mylbra’s place. It is definitely a pearl in LA area. The location is perfectly private, quiet and really safe. We had everything we needed at the unit. Mylbra was very responsive and super kind. Check in was easy and flexible. We loved the view, the pool and the patio, Mylbra’s wonderful dogs and also all the peacocks of the neighbourhood. First of all, John and the rest of the owner's were the best I've had from ABB, very responsive and helpful as soon as I booked and the entire time. They gave great directions precheck-in and even checked up on us during our stay. The house was very clean and well equipped with kitchen and cleaning supplies. Very tasteful decor, all appliances and furnishings were like new and in good repair - something you don't always find. It was perfect for two couples and a small dog. There is no living room area so not big for entertaining but a great place to rest while exploring all of the attractions of Orange County. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and had plenty of gated parking to ensure safety and security. The property is shared with a main family but we hardly saw them and never heard them. When we did see them they were watering the many glorious fruit trees on the property. One of the best places we've stayed. We'd love to go back anytime!

This was a great place to stay for my big family. Ling was very responsive and very quick to respond. The home has everything you need and more and it’s in a beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

It was a perfect place for our Disney weekend, only 15-20 minutes from the parks. A nice little guest house with driveway parking. The beds were comfy and the showers had great water pressure. Directions were very clear, check-in was easy, and Hamilton was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed here for 4 days with my family to celebrate my 40th birthday at Disneyland, and it was absolutely perfect. If you're traveling with a larger group — we were 5 adults and 2 kids — this is the ideal accommodation. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the house itself is gorgeous. Our favorite spot was the outdoor area with the pool, fire pit, and gazebo — perfect for relaxing after a long day. Like others have mentioned, this is by far the most fully stocked Airbnb I've ever booked. From the kitchen essentials to the coffee station, they truly provide everything you might need. The hosts were incredibly responsive and even checked in daily to make sure we were enjoying our stay, which we really appreciated. I’ll definitely be booking this property again the next time we visit the Anaheim area. Thank you so much — me and my family will never forget your lovely home!

This is a great and no fuss location in South Downey, bordering Southgate. You are five to seven minutes from the city center, quick jump to the 105, 30 minutes from Redondo, 30 minutes from LA, 30 minutes from Disney, and quick jaunt to the beach. Parking is a little tricky. But Yolanda was accommodating.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were incredibly responsive, attentive, and so helpful — especially with my elderly parents while I was out of town. The accommodations were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything they needed. Great place that was very close to Disneyland and a lot of shopping. Bed was excellent, my pregnant wife with back issues slept beautifully on it! Really appreciated the help we received and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Leslie was a great host and made sure everything was very clean, organized, and thought out. She was very responsive and helpful if I had any questions. The space itself was great and exactly what I was looking for. It had a comfortable backyard space, that is hard to find in the LA area. It is clear Leslie puts in a lot of effort to make her place stand out.
