Access to the accommodation is via a self-contained entrance Parking available in the 2 cul-de-sacs around the house. Great for a tourist stay in the Loire Valley or the Loir Valley. Recently renovated independent studio of 20 m2 in the basement of the main house, with independent entrance (bedroom and private bathroom). The studio has no kitchenette. Equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, piston coffee maker, kettle, tea. Quietly located on the banks of the Cher and 7 minutes by car from Tours city center, 15 minutes by bike. So if you're looking for tranquility close to the city, this is the place! Parking is available in the courtyard of the house. Closed lot.
